I'm new to painting and the customer service I received a Hirshfield's was second to none. The staff at the Monticello store are knowledgeable, friendly and were happy to help me understand what would work best for my project. I'm confident that the paint and application will provide a long lasting finish to a project I worked so hard on and have such pride in. If you need paint this is where you want to go!

They are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The manager, Hayden, is a great person and his staff follows suit! Hirshfields makes an awesome paint and sells quality tools to apply it. Love the Wooster Prodooz roller naps. Let's not forget to mention the Picasso brand brushes! Whatever you desire, they can get you taken care of! Minnesota made paint! What's not to love about that!

Haven't actually purchased anything here yet but we will! Have been in twice to ask for recommendations for painters and wallpaperers. The staff has been very helpful and I think we have some good choices to choose from. Don't worry Hirshfields we will be buying our Benjamin Moore paint from you soon!

Wow! What a wonderful experience! I purchased Hirshfield's paint for my living room and for whatever reason, the paint, my roller, whatever - wasn't cutting it. I just couldn't get a blended look. I could still see shadows even through the primer - so frustrating! So I stopped in to relay my story, and without hesitation Mike took care of it!
He asked a few basic questions about my materials and then said "Don't worry, we'll get you set up right." I haven't experienced such genuine customer service before. He didn't badger me or ask what I did wrong - he just took care of it. They were really busy that morning, and you could feel the stress, but he kept a smile on and was super professional and just really made my morning! I went in prepared to battle and I got a kiss on the cheek (so to speak!) :) thanks Mike! I'll definitely be back!
