Craftsmen Home Improvement replaced the deteriorating siding on my 50s rambler with James Hardie siding during the damp and chilly last two weeks of December last year. Despite the weather, there were no delays. Members of the crew and the office staff were invariably professional, polite, and helpful. They consulted with me when they had a question about what I wanted, and they suggested options. I could not have asked for better service. Best and most painless construction process ever!

We worked with Craftsman the past few months to replace our old siding with Hardie and we were very pleased with their service and quality of work. The crew was extremely diligent in their work and the end result continues to amaze us. Like any home related renovation, there were some hiccups along the way but Craftsman's crew, carpenter, and foremen were able to come up with creative solutions to every issue which resulted in a beautiful end result. While the hope is we won't have to touch our siding again for many years, we will absolutely come to them again for any future needs.

We just had Craftsmen out to replace the siding and windows on our home (June, 2020). We had a great experience and a meticulous crew that made sure everything was perfect. The siding foreman, Pat, walked me through the process, checked in with me daily to ensure our expectations were being met and left the site as clean as when they started. His crew was efficient, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Craftsmen to anyone needing siding.

We had our roof re-shingled and gutters redone. Craftsmen was very good about communicating when workmen would arrive and of how long the job would take. The workmen were efficient, skilled, and sensitive to allow us to continue our normal daily activities. They did an excellent job on the roof and gutters and did a nice job in cleaning up after the job. The office has been friendly and efficient too. We feel we are definitely getting our moneys worth. We would recommend Craftsmen to others considering home improvement!

I had several random companies knock on my door and tell me my roof was horrible. I felt I needed to contact a company I trusted! So I knew to call Craftsman! Chase the rep came out and did an outstanding job! He crushed it! He was on time, informative and very nice! I ended up having a roof that was in great shape and didnt need repairs! I would recommend them for any service they provide!

Craftsmen worked well with my insurance company and the workers did a great job on my Hardie board siding project. They helped me along the process and answered any questions or concerns. Craftsmen was very flexible with my preferred work dates and got the project done on time. I would recommend them to anyone and would use them again for any house project.

From the very beginning, Craftsmen was easy to work with. The sale person was patient with my questions and made great suggestions. Craftsmen's quote came in a little higher than a couple of others but it was easy to understand and accurate which made it stand out. During the install, there was a misunderstanding (most likely my fault) on my screen door and Craftsmen took care of it with no mention of the extra hassle for them.

The installers were personable and seemed only concerned about what was in my best interest. In the end, my windows and door look fantastic and I look forward to using Craftsmen again.

We had 20 windows replaced in the parsonage area of our church that was built in 1918, is now used for the church office and Sunday school rooms. The whole process was very painless of obtaining bids for the job. Craftsmen Home Improvements was the second lowest bid (we did not feel comfortable with the lowest bid, it didn't make sense) so we went with them.

The measuring went quickly and when the workmen came to install the windows they were very courteous and knowledgeable. The job took about 3 1/2 days and at the end of each day they cleaned up so that we hardly even knew they had been there. They even hung the curtains back up. We are very happy with the windows and the whole process and would recommend Craftsmen Home Improvements highly.

We were very pleased with our window project done by Craftsman Home improvements. Erik walked us through the different window vendors and the pros and cons of each. He also explained how the new windows would be fitted into place. The install crew of Tom, Jim and Tyler were very meticulous in the work that they did. We were impressed with the communication they provided and the time they took to explain the process and ensure we were happy with the result.

They did a great job of cleaning up the work areas each day and keep the disruption in our home to a minimum. We had custom window sills in our home and the crew did a wonderful job of being able to reuse them and replace when appropriate. The final look, inside and out, is superb.

Because of storm damage we have ended up getting our roof and siding replaced twice in less that ten years. Because of the great service we got from Craftsmen Home Improvements the first time we decided to use them again. Both times the process went great. Jim is great to work with and lets you know everything that needs to be done. He follows up and make sure everything has been done right.

The few small issues we did have he made sure they got taken care of. He even did a few extra things our home needed for no charge. If we are unlucky enough to get hit again we will make sure to go back to Craftsmen.

My husband and I used Craftsmen Home Improvements to replace some original windows in our 38 year old home. Throughout the entire process, they were professional, cheerful, helpful, and a joy to work with. Eric came to our home for our initial sales consultation and was able to clearly explain our options and how they would impact the appearance and performance of the new windows and what price points we were looking at. Having options and a professional explanation of the differences between windows made a huge difference in our ability to make an informed decision. Kim in the office is friendly and helpful in answering questions and scheduling the installation and fun to talk with on the phone. Tom and his crew came and did the work in a day and a half and were great with my four year old son who wanted to be around the crew as much as possible to pepper them with questions.

They were able to answer our questions, gave my husband tips on how to best stain/paint the windows (since we opted to do that ourselves), and advised us on what the permit inspectors would need. We couldn't be happier! Thank you to everyone at Craftsmen Home Improvements!

Working with Craftsmen Home Improvements has been a pleasure, starting with the quoting process right through installation. They were very competitive on pricing. The quality of the installation was excellent. The people were all professional and demonstrated strong customer service throughout. We have worked with our share of challenging contractors and our experience with Craftsmen has been excellent. I recommend that you include Craftsmen on your short list of contractors for your next home improvement project.

I would recommend Craftsmen to anyone who is looking for a new roof. They are professional, organized and did a GREAT job. Not to mention, I got several bids and they were repeatedly the lowest on multiple jobs. They have a great system that keeps everything organized and running smoothly. A pleasure to work with and a nice change from some other companies I have dealt with in the past. Already have other projects lined up with them for roofs as well as siding! Would HIGHLY recommend them, you will not be disappointed.
