Terrible customer service. The manager/owner seemed annoyed and bother ed thatI was asking questions about a repair. Said he could't help me and my guess was as good his on a solution? Lol! Really? Aren't you a custom glass and mirror company? From the interaction, I do believe, I may in fact, have an idea as to a better solution than he did. Wow!

I asked for an estimate and never heard back. When I called back i was told the only person who could to that estimate was out of town. I called back later and they told me he was unavailable, but he later called and said he had e-mailed me., though I didn't received it until just then. He then suggested I find another vendor. I called back to figure out how I have not received the e-mail and that sales associate hung up on me.

I called the manager and asked for the contact information from the owner. He says he was the owner and that they didn't want to do business with me, and in fact they were busy enough they didn't need any new customers. I gave them two chances to make it right. This company doesn't appreciate new business and feels entitled to treat new customers badly, I have never been treated so badly by a company, He went so far as to say because I had contacted another company there was no reason for them to talk to me. Shame on them and their short sided management/ownership.

All I wanted was a doggie door for my Yorkiies. Great, I will pay someone else who appreciates the business. I was civil and kind, and you hung on me telling me you didn't need my business.

Giving a 2 star because of the prices. After our glass was delivered, we had another project lined up. We called around to get quotes and the companies that we called were really taken back on the price we paid for our shower. They all said we paid over premium prices and it didn't include install. I would not recommend this place due to the high prices that isn't competitive. Even after inflation we shouldn't of paid that much.

Amazing company they did a quick and prompt job. they were able to replace our window within 4 days and even did it in the snow. If you're looking for glass repair they're the way to go!

Unbelievably bad service. I went in with two small simple projects, and was treated more rudely than any customer experience I can recall. When I asked about basic glass edge finishing options I was told that, "Most people usually research things before they come in". It seemed to bother this guy that I wanted to do business with him from the moment I walked through the door.

When I asked if he had a problem with me, he told me that maybe he's "just a grumpy nasty guy". No apology, no answer to the questions I had. I left and went elsewhere. Hopefully this dude was just having a really rough day and wouldn't normally treat paying customers like they are worthless.

Horrible customer service! Find another glass company. Pricing or glass isn't better than anywhere else, so just go somewhere else. Save yourself the headache. Maybe if people stop going there they will just go away.

Called Jesse after a previous glass company didn't follow through. Jesse made the job a priority as it was of an urgent nature and followed through on what he said he was going to do within 1hr of the timeline given which is very impressive considering the massive windows of time usually given. The technician was very professional and respectful. He went above and beyond in cleaning up and making sure he left no trace the the window repair was even completed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND JESSE AND CREW.

Sawyer is amazing for custom glass. We've used them for a custom transom and also many times to cut furniture protective glass. They are accurate, do quality work, and deliver!

Awesome service and a very reasonable price. Had some kitchen cabinet door glass replaced and they did a great job.

Phone etiquette 101, ask inquiring customer a few questions to appear helpful at least and spell out the email address or any important info. Definitely had the feeling I was bothering him or rushing him, or perhaps a bit of both. After a week of waiting, got a reply without explanation we don't do glass on your fireplace. Well if you ask/tell me over the phone you don't do corner fireplace that would save us both some time. Let's learn to communicate here. Thank you. I received a call regarding this review from them, and finally I got some pointers on where to go from here.

I called Sawyer to get replacements for several window screens on my house. Within a few days, they came and measured for 9 different screens and quoted me a price. Two weeks later, they were delivered and installed. Even though the casing is silver instead of the white color specified on the order, they look great, and I am satisfied. Wow! Sawyer Glass just finished installing a beautiful custom glass railing system for us. It was a project that took several meetings and a lot of designing to get right. Patience was a factor as we altered the design a few times to get it correct and within our budget. Along with that, we have had Sawyer Glass do mirrors, doors, custom painted glass doors, and a beautiful glass fireplace surround among other things. Zach, Jesse, and Marshall are true craftsmen who really care about the products they create and the clients they work for.

They respect our home, clean up, and never leave until it is 100% finished. They have been helping us design and create glass fixtures in our house for many years and each project has been completed exactly as discussed. In our opinion you cannot find a better team of professionals.

We have used them for making and installing a glass top for our dining room table and for installing storm doors and grab bars in our home. The office staff and the service installers have always been incredibly polite and respectful in all of our dealings. I chose this company to replace my shower enclosure. After receiving three bids, they were the middle figure on price for the style and glass type we wanted. Their yelp score was higher so I chose them. After my old enclosure had been removed and they were unboxing the new enclosure I discovered that they had ordered the wrong glass and style for my enclosure.

Although I had emails back and forth from the salesman talking about what I wanted they still argued that the enclosure was as promised. After I told them I wouldn't take the enclosure they brought they tried to convince me to take the wrong enclosure by offering a discount. I took it. A few days after the install we noticed that the enclosure was leaking.

We called them several times to request repair. They said sure no problem. It's been six months. We've called them once a month. They've still not been out to fix their mess. If you're looking to replace some glass, I recommend you use someone else.

Sawyer Glass, it doesn't get any better in our opinion. My wife and I have used Sawyer for numerous glass projects in our home over the last 6-7 years. We have done everything from standard glass doors, backsplashes, and cabinets, to custom designed projects. Two of our favorites have been a glass fireplace surround and a custom glass railing system. Zach, Jesse, and Marshall are true craftsmen from beginning to end who care about the quality of their work.

Their knowledge and advice on design has kept projects reasonable and beautiful. They respect our house, clean up, and will not leave until the job is 100% finished. We cannot say enough about the work they have done. You may find lower bids, but the product and service from Sawyer is worth the consideration in our opinion and we won't go anywhere else.

Working with Sawyer Glass was a pleasure. Had special order that they were able to accommodate and whole process was smooth and orderly. Installers knew what they were doing and were very professional. Will call Sawyer again for any glass needs we have in the future!

They replaced a broken plate glass window for me that covered a stained glass window in an antique door and did an excellent job. They were also able to fit it with tempered glass on both sides of the stained glass so it met with today's codes but looks original. Sawyer also outbid multiple other companies on a job they did for my friend and again did a quality job. Highly recommend.

We built a new home a few years ago and the showers were literally falling apart. We called around to find the best deal and highest quality. The people at Sawyer glass had great customer service. They were responsive and gave us a bid in a quick and timely manner. When they came to our home they were very professional. The work they did was also phenomenal! We love our showers now! We would highly recommend them to anyone!

I've tried Sawyer Glass twice and both times they have disappointed. My first experience was to get a quote for a backsplash. They gave me a quote for $3036.00. I was actually shocked with the amount and decided to get a quote with New Concepts Glass Design for same project. They quoted me $680.00. Of course I went with New Concepts. So now a few years go by and i need glass again.

This time for a bigger project. I need a curtain wall (lots of glass) I call them again to get a quote. They come out and do all the song and dance with measuring, offering options and tell me I'd get the estimate within a day. 2 days go by and I get an email flatly stating. I apologize, this is not something we can help you with. No explanation, no estimate, no nothing!

I felt like I was a bother for even asking for their services. I guess when times are good they feel like they can tell you to piss off. Well I hear you loud and clear Sawyer.never again.

I had a window that broke, and was trying to find someone who would just replace the glass and not the entire window. After calling around, I remembered Sawyer glass, called them, e-mailed them pictures of the window, and basic measurements. Got a price quote, paid half of the cost, and scheduled a time for them to come and replace it. The gentleman that came to replace the window was really professional. Cleaned up after himself, and did a great job.

The whole project was done in less than 15 minutes. Sawyer glass was the ONLY glass company that was not just interested in selling me a new window. I would highly recommend them for their honesty, value, and service. I will be using them again when I need any glass work performed again at home or at my business.

Called for a quote. The person acted like I was wasting his time and was a complete jerk. After I explained the issue with a window, he just said, "we are not interested in taking on the project." I guess business is good for now -- I will remember you next recession.

Great customer service! I was in a pinch and needed a couple of small (4"x18") pieces of glass cut TODAY for a LAST-minute craft project gift, and I had already called a couple other glass stores, both of whom made me feel like I was requesting an act of Congress to get this small job done. Well, my experience at Sawyer Glass on October 20, 2017 was completely different.

The guy who answered the phone listened closely as I tried to explain what I needed, and responded with a definite can-do attitude. When I went to the store, he was slammed with four other customers, yet when it was my turn at the counter he paid close attention and actually politely apologized (though an apology was completely unnecessary) that he would not be able to immediately cut the glass, and asked if I could come back in an hour--I was just hoping to get the glass pieces AT ALL, so an hour wait was a pleasant surprise.

I would have gladly come back at midnight--he was doing me the rush job favor after all. When I returned later in the afternoon, there was a slight measurement issue, yet the same guy politely took the project to the back room, recut the glass, and returned within 10 minutes--perfection! The custom cut glass fit precisely as planned in my project. I will absolutely recommend Sawyer Glass in the future. Thanks, Sawyer!

I did a lot of research before choosing to get my pet door from Sawyer. They were very professional, the door is in my glass patio and it was well installed. It provides greater insulation than the other doors I researched, mostly ones that are not in the door, but slide in and out. Yes, it was way more expensive, but it was my best choice and well worth it I think. They also installed new rollers and got my sliders working better.

Horrible customer service! I went in asking for advice and what they can do to help me and the lady just said "we don't do that" "no, I don't know" so frustrating! Waste of my time to drive down there!
