Arrow doors is a class act company with awesome unbeatable service. When I first called them, they promptly came out and accessed my damaged door and had me repaired and up and running the very next day.

We've been using them for the last few months at our storage facilities, so far has been a great experience.

If they had another star for FANTASTIC I would give this company that rating. I called this AM, told them no hurry because I had it working with a temp fix. Steve came over the same afternoon and was here about an hour with all of the materials required and did a PERFECT repair. The price was too low so I added a few bucks. Steve is a very nice and knowledgeable person and has been installing and repairing garage doors for over 50 years. You will not regret calling Arrow Garage Doors for repairs or replacement.

Wow! Called on Friday, installed on Monday at a price which could not be beat. Fast and friendly service. Great job!

DISAPPOINTED! I was excited to see this place has a 5 star rating. Even more so when I messaged the company and they replied back the next morning at 7am! However, the person who was helping me said they would come over that evening to give me an estimate. They failed to follow through and did not bother to communicate that they would not be showing up. Had I known this company was going to be flakey I would of had a couple companies lined up to come give me estimates. not just reply on this company alone. If this company would like to follow through and provide me with an estimate, I will happily update my review.

Steve showed up exactly at 5:00 pm, a time that was selected for my convenience, not his, to accommodate my working schedule. He quickly replaced my broken spring, checked it all out, and charged me a fair price without trying to upcharge by recommending non-needed service. I was very happy with his work and would happily call him again.

I got a referral to call Steve from Arrow Garage Door from a co-worker, and I'm glad I did. Our garage door stopped working and we couldn't figure out the issue. Steve came by for an initial assessment and tried troubleshooting so we could hopefully eliminate some easier/cheaper solutions before he moved onto possible bigger issues. Unfortunately, we had to call him back out to have the circuit board replaced, it seems the old one stopped working properly. Steve took care of ordering and picking up our new part, and helped us get a better price and better quality product than if we were to grab one at a big-name store. He's very knowledgeable and friendly, and our garage door works like a charm now!

Our garage door needed immediate service after the coiled spring snapped. In need of a quick fix while it's snowing/raining and couldn't wait for a next day or two days out for a repair. Called this company. Was super helpful and gave a quote and helpful information over the phone. Showed up within the hour and started working on it right away.
