Crawford Doors is filled with the great people. The people with whom I have interacted at Crawford Doors make me want to be a better person. I highly recommend them! I kind of can't believe how silent my garage door is after they installed my new one. These guys are the best!

The men that came to install our garage door were kind, quick, thorough, and pleasant. They took our old wood door down and away. The door they installed is functioning great! We were so impressed!

Had a great experience with Crawford Door replacing both of our garage door openers. Communication about the appointment was very good and timely, and the installation and post-install review of the system was thorough and helpful. We didn't price shop, so I can't speak to their competitiveness.

I decided to go with Crawford doors because my buddy had a pretty good experience. the door itself is great and the installation was awesome. my installer was fantastic. He was very polite, cleaned up after himself and worked really quickly. The only downside to my experience was my salesman (hazen) who was terrible about communicating, keeping in touch with scheduling, my installation etc.

The doors are beyond my expectations. They are beautiful and create an amazing facelift for my whole home! The nicest fellow installed. He was kind, personable and very professional - even cleaned up when he was finished. thank you Crawford!

I have used Crawford doors for a few repairs in winter, they do a great job. Today I had it replaced and they did a quick great job. I recommended them to a friend who is getting a estimate today, I recommend them to all. Give a 1-10, a 10.

Last December I had a repairman come look at my garage door opener. He told me it could not be repaired because the board is going out. I asked him the price of a new opener and he said he doesn't have any. He charged me 62.00 trip charge.

During holiday week had an issue with Garage door in Park City, called various companies, Crawford was by far the most responsive and professional. Their installer was polite, professional and did a great job. Can't say enough good things about them.

We have used other door company's in the valley but none gave us the quality and service like Crawford Doors did. We needed a garage door motor replaced in a rental property and after one phone call and a great quote they had someone at the property fixing the problem. Our renter called a few hours later to say the job was done and that they left the place cleaner than when they started. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

My 81-year-old mother purchased a very expensive gate system from them about 10 years ago. She's had trouble with it in the past five years and had numerous repair calls to Crawford. Sometimes she's had to wait two weeks for a call and sometimes the guy never shows, never calls. Complaints go nowhere at the main office. The latest service call was a $400 motor and it didn't fix the problem.

I called Buchanan Access Systems in slc and within a day they had a serviceman showed up, properly diagnose the real problem and fixed it. Save yourself some time, money and grief and skip this business. Rip offs and I don't use that term lightly. Buchanan knows what customer service really means. One star is generous.

Really friendly over the phone and even nicer in person. I needed a small plastic gear that was only available in a complete assembly for $44. They found me a used gear off an old unit in the back and gave it to me for free.

I used to be a tenant inside a mall. The mall called for some service to the gate in front of my business. The following week, the serviceman at the mall was run over by a car. Crawford Doors spent the next 3 years calling me, harassing me, trying to collect money from ME for the service- service I never ordered. The irony of it all was the serviceman showed up and said, 'I can't fix this door', and promptly invoiced the mall $150.00 for his diagnosis.

He was there a total of 2 minutes and did NOTHING. I have had to deal with collection agencies, attorneys, and some of the most rude 'collectors' on the planet. No way to run a business IMHO.

I needed an opener replacement unit - and also a keycode installed. The people I spoke to at the office were friendly and scheduled an appointment quickly. They arrived on time and installation went quickly and without any issues. They even "threw in" the cost of the keypad. Everything has been working great. I had an issue with the door recently but it was checked out for free since I was within the warranty time period. (turns out there was just dust buildup on the eye)
