Well, they did show up, but had to come out twice. The first visit was OK -- they installed the missing screens and replaced the cracked plastic molding on our sliding glass door. But they had to come out a second time to replace the wrong type of window that was previously erroneously installed. Again, they showed up as scheduled but two things disappointed me.
They brought the new window in thru the side gate but left the gate open. I discovered this later when I went out to retrieve our garbage cans from the roadway and noticed that they left the gate wide open, which could have allowed my dogs to run away. This despite the fact that I have a large sign on the gate that reads "Keep Gate Latched! Do not let the dogs out!
Thank you!" And, while installing the new window, they broke it, causing the installation to stop, and necessitating ordering another replacement window. Sigh! Probably a wait again of months! So, after months and months, we still are waiting for resolution to installation issues!

We have lived in our lance Douglas home for four years. All of the windows in our home seem to be going bad. Specifically three of them as of now. The seal was not done correctly and it is letting moisture in between the two glass panels. Our house is barely 10 years old. When I called Cascade to make a claim to see if these windows were under warranty I was told because I was the second owner there was nothing that they could do to help us.
We are going to be out thousands of dollars. Very upset that Less than 10 years later we are having these problems on our windows and it is "our responsibility "to get them fixed, when it was clearly the installation that went bad. I wish Cascade would've cared more and helped us try to resolve these problems. If you want quality products that last, and a company that stands behind their product, I would not suggest cascade.

Critical: Quality We have a window in our house that was built in 2014 that had a bad seal, and started to let moisture in. We called about getting them to help, but since we bought the house from first owners they don't want to replace them. If you are looking for quality windows that will last, this is not the place! Service: Window installation

This company has been absolutely horrible. I have been in contact with them about having fixed windows and 5 sliding windows that are letting in unacceptable levels of dirt and dust. A fixed window should have *no* dirt or dust come into it. It's been nearly two years since we have moved in to our house and there have been delays, repairs, and no solutions.
Including this, we have a sliding glass door replacement through them because when they came to repair our door, they scratched it. It has been 4 sliding glass doors now and they all come in scratched. I honestly do not know what my next solution is besides looking into some type of lawyer. I have provided a few examples of the quality you can expect. Do not go with this company, your house will regret it.

I was just fired from Cascade Windows due to my Anxiety. They promised no more then 10 hours shifts per day plus Saturdays. Then it turned into 11 hours per day. When they started pushing 12 hour days without any notice I told them that my anxiety issues can't handle working that long I was told I'm no longer needed. Let's be clear about this: I was promised by the IGU Supervisor Kevin (who hired me on the spot in December 2021) and as a condition of me accepting the offer he promised the shifts wouldn't go above 10 per day 6 days a week.
I can tell you how badly those windows are made because I helped make them. I've seen how terrible they look when they get shipped out. They are more concerned with quantity then they are with quality. The newly appointed operations manager Jake is responsible for the recent production changes that have without a doubt made their products & service even worse then before. He blames it on being short staffed when we were being told we hit record numbers over the last month. Good or bad, it all comes down from the top.

I will never recommend this company for buying windows or sliding glass doors. It's unfortunate that builders us this company. We have owned our house for 4 years and just this January 2022 our siding glass door must have gotten a broken seal. We have water in between the glass. I contacted the builder to find out who to contact and the told me where to go.
I reached out to cascade window company they asked me to send pictures. After doing so they refused to fix the door based on a screen door being added to the house not the window. The screen was added at the time the house was built and there has not been any issues with the slider for all this time. It's a great way for them to pass the buck to the homeowner.

Sadly this is another negative review of Cascade Windows from us. Spoke to Heidi this morning after sending an email to her last week with no response. We have been waiting for 2 screens to be delivered since December. There have been 3 delivery dates, nothing received. While talking to Heidi this morning it was very evident that she couldn't care less, supposedly they screens have been delivered to them but no one there can find them.
We have done business with this company in different states, using them as a window supplier for our remodeling customers, this is definitely not the same company that we used prior. Their customer service is nonexistent, their want to keep customers and gain new customers is not a priority. I would not ever recommend them as a window supplier.

Buyer BEWARE! Cascade Windows is the most corrupt and unethical business I've hired to complete a project. I experienced and still continue to experience 7 months later, a cowardly, thieving, lying Cascade manager named Kristen Norton. She and Cascade's sole concern is about completing work for corporate and commercial clients before the typical home owner. An order that dates back to May 2021, for 21 paid-for windows and doors, remains missing and incomplete as of January 2022. Filing a report against Cascade Windows to Arizona's Attorney General has shown to be very beneficial.
I have had more results with the AG's Office in 3 weeks than I have in 7 months dealing with the corporate thieves at Cascade. Cascade and their management is loathsome and beneath contempt. Moreover, the big corporation that bought Cascade Company is called Corner Stone Building Brands. Stay the hell away from them as well.

I have been trying since early July 2021 to have a window replaced under warranty. Finally, in November they claim they built the window. Installation has been delayed from December 6th, to the 17th and today call and want to delay installation to January 14th, 2022. The warranty is worthless! I'd have been better off to just pay someone else to build and install a replacement.

This is the worst company ever. I am still waiting to hear a response back from them on the horrible quality of the windows I purchased. Katrina in the warranty department and her boss Kristin are extremely unprofessional. All the way up to the president, Geoff Bennet. They will not reply to my emails, phone calls, nothing. They point the finger at everyone else with every excuse in the book.
The company I purchased the glass through who are professional installers, have My windows look like garbage and they are falling apart. This company sucks. Avoid at all cost.

We filed a complaint against them through the ROC. ROC found the quality to not meet ROC standards and told them to fix it. They told the ROC - eh, no, not gonna do it. ROC took them to court and had their license suspended - unfortunately only for a day. NOTE: If you search the ROC website for complaint, they are doing business under the name Window Products Inc, and the complaint ID for the suspension is 2020-00783.

Cascade windows is a joke. Andy and Sona are who I've been dealing with. I have been dealing with an issue with them for a year and a half now. With no solution. They do not want to replace my windows even though they admit they are at fault. Come to find out I'm not the only one in this boat. Many other customers including my neighbor has the same issue.
The windows are leaking out a liquid and discoloring they are suppose to be white and look more yellow. These were put on a new build. I would strongly recommend you find another window manufacture. They do not stand behind there products even when they admit the resin to make the windows were wrong. All they want to do is paint them. This is not ok! Here are some pics to show what I'm talking about. Side note. Whatever the windows are leaching out has stained my Synthetic stucco. It will not come off.

The business is the worst that I have ever used it started when my windows were to be installed on March 19 no show up no call, so we called and they said it was not put into production weeks before someone dropped the ball so. Then we're were told it would be all made and installed on the 29 of March well they showed up with half the windows and said they think some we're still in warehouse well later they found more however there were 5 missing and they needed to make them, they made the patio door but then you had to wait almost another week for the other four.please keep in mind they wouldn't answer our questions refuse to give us a number of a vice president.while all these delays have caused much stress plus thousands of dollars because of delays.so they came out for the final four windows and one was broken.
And one is the wrong series window with a wrapped to rail and we can't get anyone again to say there making a new one or fixing the broken one so again I'm shut done costing me alot in cost per day with out a call back from my salesmen come out to see the problems just a message saying we're waiting to hear from a install supervisor I need 2 new windows please in my opinion this company is really bad no communication and no one taking responsibility.

In September 2020 we submitted a warranty claim for windows with obvious manufacturing defects in three of the four glass panels of a 16 foot patio door. We chose Cascade windows for our new construction specifically for this window. A technician finally came in December 2020 to inspect after many phone calls and emails with the warranty department.
He immediately saw the defect and documented that. It is now the end of January 2021, and we have received no updates on the status of the glass replacement. We have called and emailed, but no one responds to even a simple ask for a status update. We're very dissatisfied with Cascade. Update 4/19/21 After initial contact with Katrina following our original post, we were given a delivery date for replacement glass in January.
The day before the scheduled installation, the installer called to let us know that only 2 pieces of replacement glass were ordered. We deferred installation until all 3 pieces of glass are available. We have made multiple attempts to contact Katrina Campbell, warranty supervisor, and Michele in the warranty department. We have left voice mails and sent multiple emails to inquire about the anticipated delivery date for the replacement glass.
Our calls and emails have not been returned since January. We are simply asking for an update. Because of Cascade's unwillingness to respond to our courteous requests for an update, we are left wondering if Cascade has any intention of performing the warranty replacement for the defective glass noted by their own inspector to be a factory defect. A review of comments on the BBB website shows a similar pattern with other warranty claims - not ordering appropriate number of windows or correct size of windows, and then never following up with the customer. Potential buyers should definitely do their research on Cascade Windows before making a decision to purchase!

The warranty program is a joke. The front end of a the process went fine, back in early August filed a claim for a 5 year old window seal came apart. Immediately received a claim number and a call from a rep to verify everything. Month after month I've contacted the representative only to be pushed out. Just yesterday they moved the claim to another office which will undoubtedly create further delay.
Not good having a bad window in a Central Oregon winter Buyers beware. 4 months and counting to get a window replaced. Cascade Windows is an essential business in terms of COVID, so that is no excuse!

If you are building a home, make sure to ask your builder who they are using for windows. There are 4 homes in our small subdivision, all were built in the last 14 Months and all have Cascade Windows with the vinyl yellowing.some badly. Cascade and our builder were slow to respond until we contacted the Arizona ROC. Cascade Windows has responded and their plan is to come and paint the vinyl windows. Really?
Paint 1 year old vinyl windows? We have 26 windows! What does that do to the value of our home? We are waiting for the Arizona ROC to assign someone to come out an review. We had Window World install new windows 5 years ago in another home we own and not a single one is yellowing.

I replaced all the windows in my house 3 years ago with Cascade windows, I was told they were a good product for a good price with a good warranty. Since the install I have had two windows crack randomly I guess due to heat and one window just recently went cloudy due to a faulty seal. All three times I put in a claim and every time they came up with an excuse on why not to cover the faulty window.
I paid to replace the two broken windows and am now contemplating just leaving the foggy windows since I am tired of paying to replace them. So Far I am not a fan of the Cascade window warranty and feel like they will find any excuse not to cover a faulty window. I will not be recommending and or using Cascade Windows again in any of my homes.

I was recently employed here. I will say, everyone is REALLY friendly & professional, SAFETY is exercised profoundly throughout daily operations, the products are Quality, and I have to say. from an ex-employee I was very impressed, all around. Good Company / People. The Human factor is what makes or breaks any company. RESPECT, TEAMWORK, COMMUNICATION & even COMPROMISES.
People are the Key! Not money, or quota, sales, full-crew.etc. Understand, your co-workers / supervisors / Managers.all the way up to CEO and down to the Janitorial workers are an equal at the end of the day, when you leave work. They are people too, who have lives that don't necessarily completely revolve around work, but quite the opposite! Employment is a means to an end, with a common goal. (Money).
Get rid of $, and none of it would exist, or even matter. we wouldn't be doing what we do 5 days a week and make it a big part of life. It all starts with the PEOPLE. People are the deciding factor, and when you lose the humanitarian aspect, and only care about self satisfaction and ego, the best Supervisors/Foreman/Managers.etc, will end up compromising productivity, and be most isolated in the workplace. Start to Compromise, begin to grow!

We bought 12 windows from this company. White vinyl, they were installed little more than a year ago and the white has "burned" and is turning brown. A tech came out to inspect and tried to scrape them to remove the discoloration, now one has noticeable scratches along with the discoloration. It has been a total of about 12 weeks dealing with them.
They blamed vinyl from Canada, everyone we have talked to passes the buck to the next person, who will not return calls or emails. Their suggestion to repair the windows is paint them.seriously, how lame is that, after all they claim to have a lifetime warranty. We refused the painting fix, were suppose hear back fro Ron in a couple of days, it's been a week. My next step is any and all social media they use and filing a claim with the BBB. Call us back, we have been more than patient with your poor business practices.

Four of our single-hung windows stopped remaining open when raised after only 3 years. Now, 13 years later, 4 windows have lost their seals and are collecting condensation. A window next to the front door under a covered porch has a seal falling into view. Called Cascade about the lifetime warranty - we are the original owners - and they're making up every excuse in the book to not honor their warranty.
Very disappointing. Will be building two new houses over the next 3 years and obviously will not use their product even though I like to support local businesses. Likely going with Anderson Windows & will definitely spread the word that Cascade lacks quality as well as integrity.

Critical: Punctuality They are friendly enough, but every week now for 2 months they come up with a different excuse on why they have a delay and must reschedule the warranty repair. It is becoming borderline ridiculous. I am completely unimpressed with their warranty service at this point Service: Window repair

So, met them at a Home Show and they came out with a quote. Lady took offense at all my questions for before paying I found out online I could take a "class" so I went to their factory and took a "tour". Later, the manager sat down with me and gave me the same quote. When the windows came, they were their downgraded version (Builder version) for the same cost.
Very upset and they would not respond. Customer Service sucks and they DO NOT CARE about their Customers. I put in a complaint with the BBB but NOTICE they are NOT part of the BBB because they can't get enough Good ratings. Buyers beware!

As a vendor who has worked with Cascade I will say every experience I have had has been positive. They are a great employer that works hard to recognize employees, allowing growth and who hires for the long term. I have found their senior management team to be incredibly ethical, involved and easy to access as well. Overall, a great company and culture.

I have been reading the reviews and based on them I would run from cascade windows. But actually I had a very different experience than most reviews. Let's start with the gasket failing on my windows. I had 4 or 5 gaskets fail on my five year old house. That was about 1/5 of all my windows failing. I was Not to happy about that. I contacted cascade they referred me to a form to fill out.
I took pictures, filled out the form and had great customer service. They scheduled to send a tech out to view the windows. they where here when scheduled. Quickly assessed the winnows and agreed they needed to be replaced at no charge to me. They scheduled the replacements. The same techs arrived on time and in minutes had the wIndows replaced and there were no surprise costs Conclusion.
They had a reasonable reason why Some Windows fail but it was the lifetime warrranty and how they conducted themselves that sold me. Flash forward. We are in middle of building a new home and I insisted our builder install Cascade Windows.

My home is less than 3yrs old. I had a few window issues that were corrected during the first year and am now having more issues with my windows. I'm guessing Cascade was chosen by my builder because they were the cheapest. Just for grins, I asked my neighbors what issues they've had with their houses and all of them have issues with their windows.

Do not use this company! Our shower glass door shattered in the middle of the night, leaving glass all over! We have only been in our house for 3 1/2 years. I contacted this company three days ago by phone and email and still have no response. Now they have the nerve to send me a "satisfaction survey" for the completed work. What a crock! They didn't do a thing. Again, do not use this company!

I found out Cascade Windows are priced low because they suck. After only 7 years in a brand new house these windows are failing. Loosing the vacuum seal and frames are loosing rigidity. Then on top of that they will send you replacement windows, but the owner has to find someone to replace the bad windows. What a warranty! Do not use this company! unless you cant afford good windows.

Had a window gasket go bad and the window started fogging. Contacted Cascade and they agreed to replace the window under warranty. Everything was fine until the window was replaced. Supposedly the specs are the same, but the window doesn't have any tint, like the rest of my windows. Since I live in a sunny climate, the tint helps immensely with the the sun, sort of like sun glasses.
Well it seems they no longer carry Guardian windows and they don't seem to carry any other equivalent that has a tint. After going back and forth for a month, I'm giving up. Never going to purchase from Cascade.

Do what you feel is right, but my advice is not order windows from this company. I have never experienced a company that produced a poorly made product, be neglectful in the detail of their work, and would not lift a finger to help the customer ever. I only ordered 7 windows through a well known seller and 3 arrived damaged or incomplete. One had a broken vent, the other would not open, and the last did not even come with a screen.
My story with them lasted from July 7 - November 6 with them not wanting to repair or help me in any way with both phone calls and email requests. Only until after I communicated with the seller did Cascade call me and sent a repair man to fix the window that would not open, while the other two problems were being fixed. Not only was the repair man unable to fix the lock, but the entire vent had to be replaced.
He took measurements of the window and I got a replacement for one of my other windows. I had to wait even longer for a working window. Instead of making a quality product the first time they wasted my time, the sellers time, and their money in having to make 3 different vents and a screen. I regret purchasing from this company and I cannot in good conscience recommend their product to anyone.

I have a lifetime warranty on my windows as long as I am the original owner. Cascade Windows bought out Paramount Windows when they went bankrupt. Cascade had all my information, who I am, our community, our lot number as they installed the wall of glass. Paramount is refusing to honor the warranty from Paramount.

My shower was installed by this company about a year ago--brand new house. Over three weeks ago, I was in the shower and closed the door, and the shower door shattered on me, cutting me in several places. Upon calling the superintendent for my house, he finally got me in touch with these guys. When they came to look at it, they saw it was not installed properly and was not level.
They said this was the reason for it shattering on me. They came to install it today, and the color was wrong. So now I get to take another day off so they can correct their mistake. So thanks for injuring me and inconveniencing me! If it wasn't for the nice service guys, this place would definitely be getting a one star review.

Terrible company you will be sorry.read the reviews, zero customer service. Cascade bought EPI windows and the warranty is not the same. Beware of this company they will not help you if you have an issue. They won't even send out a person to look at it. Many other companies out there that stand behind their products. As one person said "RUN"!

My windows were installed 12/10/15. It's now 10/1/16. 10 months and there are still unresolved issues. I ordered 14 windows (including single hung, double hung and side-by-side) and 5 sliding glass doors that cost $14,000 (including installation). The useless sales person has been to my home twice after install, their service technician has been to my house 3 times.
The service technician told me it was "normal" for my windows to leak, for the windows to rattle, to see light coming from the outside along the side of the window, for the windows to not lock when closed, for the spring tabs to stick open and much more. If that's normal for them then it's a clear indication they have inferior windows. When will my issues be resolved?
Who knows?!?!? What will happen when I have a warranty claim? I fear that day! The contractor asked, "What can we do to make you happy?" My response, "get these windows out of my house and replace them with windows from a qualified company that stands behind their product." The blank stare I got suggests that's not really an option. But, we'll see. I do believe in miracles!

Talk about weird shopping experiences. I have been gathering information to replace my 30 year old sliding patio door. I found a one that looked like what I wanted at Lowes for $369. With the $399 for installation plus tax, I figured this door should run around $800. I saw a full page ad in the Sunday AZ Republic for Paramount Windows that indicated that they also sell patio doors.
Since they are right down the street from me I thought I would take a look. Looking at their website was not helpful since no models of patio doors are displayed and no price range is stated. The showroom is on the north side of the building (not intuitive at all since they a have a front facing door right on Southern Ave on the south side of the building).
Once you enter their mini-lobby, a receptionist inquires as to why you are there. When you tell them you would like to see the showroom for patio doors, they phone a sales person to come get you. You are led through the door to what looks like a large conference room and a single, mini version of a patio door is presented to you as their product. The sales person writes down an estimate on a piece of paper that includes the door and installation.
I almost fell over when the estimate came back $1,075 plus taxes (about 35% higher than Lowes). This was a deal breaker, so I cannot speak to the issues of customer service or installation. If Paramount Windows would like to save customers and themselves time and aggravation, show an image of your product and price ranges on your web site, don't make using your showroom such a hassle, and benchmark competitors to see if your prices are even in the ballpark.
