I had two storm doors installed by American Thermal over the last few years. I'm pleased with the doors and the installer's. Nick was the last salesman I dealt with. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I highly recommend American Thermal. Robert Garza

You would think a Chicago based business knows it's a city ordinance violation to place lawn ads on the parkway. Please put the ads on your client's property on the other side of the sidewalk. It just makes the neighborhood look trashy. I removed it for your convenience btw.

We were very pleased with the service. The installation went quickly and smoothly, the workers were very competent and thorough and they respected our wishes. Communication with both them and the office was always prompt and courteous. We are pleased with the product and look forward to years of use.

Needed two windows replaced. After cancelling the first meeting 30 minutes beforehand, I reached out to reschedule. When the person showed up, he was helpful during the meeting, and promised to follow up in 2 weeks with an estimate. It's been a month since the late November meeting. Never heard from him or the company again. I moved on.

All around an amazing company. Everyone we talked to and worked with was so nice. The new windows and fresh doors we have on our house really look great! Highly recommend!

The most unprofessional window company ever. We wanted to set up a meeting for windows replacement for one of our clients who hired us to handle the entire project after storm damage. The representative who answered the call was very ignorant and did not want to provide the estimate due to the fact we are not homeowners. I explained to her multiple times that the homeowner will be there and will sign any necessary paperwork but we were ask to look for a different company.

Ordered a screen door and exterior entry door March 31st. We were told 8-10 weeks before installation. Twice the person who did the scheduling " was on vacation". It's 15 weeks later and no doors. We had new siding, soffit and gutters installed by one their competitors within a month. No communication and a bunch of BS from American Thermal. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. Next step is to file with Business Affairs and Consumer Protection with the city

Wish I could give 10 stars because that is what the company as a whole deserves. Windows were installed 06/04/2021. Communication was excellent, experience was excellent, product is excellent, installation was excellent and customer care exceeded expectations. From the initial contact with Iver Jr to set up a free quote to the install, it was a pleasant experience. Iver Jr made me feel like part of the family, he set up the estimate and he personally came to my house to look at what we had and within a couple days he had my estimate set up.

He recommended triple pane windows that have a three layer insulation on it and in reading up on it, it was one of the top windows which I especially appreciated because the summers and winters in Chicago can get very hot and very cold. So, looking forward to the energy savings and consistent temperature in the house. After I gave the ok with the window replacement, he called me and had a conversation where he was up front in saying that windows and installment is taking longer than normal due to COVID and the suppliers supply and demand needs.

I appreciated the upfront honesty of saying that it will take longer than normal for the install but it will happen and will be in contact with me with updates. The 13-15 week time frame came and right around the 13 week mark I got notified that my windows are in. Linda and Rosie were in constant communication with me in regards to any questions that I had.

The installer Tony came in the time frame that was provided. Tony was super nice and he informed me that he has been working for American Thermal for 15 years and his experience of installing windows showed because the windows look awesome from both the inside and the outside. The icing on the cake was when Iver Sr, the owner of the company came out to look at the work, talk with me to make sure that I was satisfied and was small talking for a solid 20 minutes.

I can't recommend them enough not just because of the great product they provide but because of the family orientated business they have and how it translates to its customers. I wish more companies would be like this.

I recently had my Florida Room Windows replaced with American Thermal Windows. I was desperate after the first company that we hired to do this project dropped us like a hot potato after seeing the scope of the project. I called A.T.W. and made an appointment not knowing what to expect. Colleen arranged to come the following morning. She made me. feel at ease almost immediately!

She guaranteed that the project was going to be done without any problems. A few minutes after she had arrived, Iver, the owner of the Company showed up and assured us that the project was feasible. He personally started to take measurement etc. and came back several times to remeasure to make sure that he hadn't.

I just called this company to get an initial consultation about the possible price of the installation of windows. Previously, I called this company. The manager was extremely nice and answered all questions that I asked. Today, when I called them, the manager was very rude. She kept telling me that they do not work with people who do not own properties (I was trying to get an estimate).

I had 100 percent feeling that she just wanted to get rid of me. As a result, she told me that all sales managers went back home and there was nobody to help me. I hope that they have great workers who install windows. However, the first impression was terrible! Do not recommend.

We purchased a security storm door for our front door through American Thermal Window. We had Vitaly & Dema install the door, and they were very professional and quick. Our storm door looks beautiful, and we had a great experience with them. I highly recommend American Thermal Window for anyone who is looking for new windows or storm doors!

Had a fantastic experience with American Thermal and Iver. Bought a house earlier this year and we had signs of leaking after the first heavy rainfall. Iver quickly came out to assess the situation and provided a very reasonable quote compared to others. The team scheduled our roofing and were prompt on the day of the repair. The work they did was fantastic! Really appreciated their high quality work and great customer service. Highly recommend!

Replaced some screen and entry doors at my house through American Thermal Windows on Milwaukee ave recently. I'm very happy with the sales, installation staff, and the quality given. I would consider them for future home improvements.

Stanley and Jerry door installers did an awesome job. Even the City inspector said he has never seen such a detailed job like this. I love these doors. Very professional. Also all the customer service (Dee & Ruby) were so helpful and get things done.

I recently had all new windows in my house installed, and I am extremely pleased with the outcome. I had explored other window vendors, but American Thermal came out on top for service, quality, and price. From the initial site visit to the day of installation, everything went smoothly. Bruno and Victor were incredibly hard-working, efficient, experienced, respectful, and friendly and were able to complete the job sooner than expected. I feel like I have a brand new house! I highly recommend American Thermal Windows!

In the past 15 yrs, my father spent over $50,000 with this company. About 3 yrs ago, we had new windows, new front door & patio doors installed. That same yr come winter time I had cold air that leaked through my windows & frost build up. I called then the following spring & all they did was come out & recaulked half the windows, I still had. frost build up & air leaks the following winters after that.

Also the hardware on my front is rusted, the rubber trim on the bottom of my front door is torn& when I had someone come out to look at my door last month they said the front door was not aligned properly. Iver, who we did business with on 3 houses was very nice but now that I need to get.

At my Home installing security doors as I type. They are the best. I should know, I'm a repeat customer many times over. Keep up the great work!

After the installation, Kevin Mohr the Product Consultant, never followed up with us after the installation. We had so many problems with our order Kevin took. The Installers were upset and it was a huge lack of customer service. We did not have a good experience with this company.

All I can say is WOW! American Thermal is a TRUE family company. They go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy throughout the entire process. After speaking with several companies, and getting multiple quotes, our allegiance sided with American Thermal. Nick was our sales rep. His genuine personality and honesty made our decision. that much easier.

He offered competitive pricing and our windows were ready for installation much sooner than we expected. From an outsider's perspective, window replacement is an arduous job. The installation of our windows was smooth sailing. The crew's punctual arrival, professional demeanor, and care for our personal belongings were greatly.
