The team just finished converting 10 historic single-pane windows to double-paned in my 1756 saltbox after approval from my town's historic district commission. I couldn't be happier. The whole transaction was seamless and the team responsive. The installation was done with care and attention to detail. I also feel confident that they will stand by their product and their work. Now, I want my second floor windows done. :)) Thank you, Jim, Andrew, Chris, and Nate. Signed, One Happy Customer-- Anna

Our experience with Bi-Glass of CT has been amazing. Our house from 1920 had original wood windows, which were nice to look but not operational. We could not open them, and in addition were leaky. However, we did not want to replace such beautiful windows with new ones. Bi-Glass of CT did the trick for us. They are really experienced craftsmen that restored our windows beautifully.
In addition, the crew was very reliable, and they started the project and finished it within the promised time, something that in my experience is usually very rare. I highly recommend Bi-Glass of CT. Please, don't throw your beautiful old windows, you won't regret it.

Our 1896 colonial still had the original single-pane wooden windows when we purchased it in 2008. They were big and beautiful.but extremely leaky and had broken weights and ropes and wouldn't stay open. We researched replacement wood and replica wood windows from top manufacturers. It was very difficult to compare products and we struggled with the decision because none of them kept the integrity of the original windows.
Then I learned about Bi-Glass of Connecticut. Mr. Fritzer arrived promptly for the appointment and very clearly explained the process and cost for the windows. He also discussed replacing the glass and weatherstripping two full glass doors (original, we believe). The cost was comparable to replacement and the decision was now easy. The crew was clean and neat and arrived on time every day, and completed the job when promised. Our windows are now weatherstripped, function properly, and are just as beautiful as ever. We could not be happier with them, and with the work performed by Bi-Glass.
