Carlos (hope I remembered his name right!) was able to remove a stubborn ball from my hitch where 2 U-hauls, a Firestone, and another mechanic shop had failed. He even backed my truck in for me from the road. Such a friendly guy--I highly recommend!

Worst people in the world to do business with. Poor customer service. Crappy, insolent attitude toward customers. I can't believe this place stays in business considering the inferior quality of service and products. Avoid the place at all costs.
