A & M Windows is a great company to work with! They came out and made sure they ordered the right windows, and when the factory built them wrong they got it corrected. They are fast to respond and they do a great job! I highly recommend A&M Windows

I just had two windows repaired and this company was amazing, work-wise and customer service wise. My appointments were easy to schedule and Jesse always showed up on time. He was capable, efficient, and very nice. I actually had the same repair done on another window a few years ago, before I knew about A&M. It cost almost twice as much, and they sent two guys who had a lot of trouble fixing it, and it's still not working well. Jesse just strolled in by himself and fixed two windows quickly and they turned out perfectly. He seems to be very skilled and experienced. What a relief.

A & M Window Service gave us a rapid response to our request for repair on our window in our condo. The service technician was knowledgeable and friendly. Even when the repair didn't go as planned he solved the problem efficiently. We would not hesitate to call A & M again in the future and we will recommend them to our neighbors and friends.

Horrible service. I went to the store due to a window measuring issue and was met by an extremely confrontational and hostile receptionist (I think her name was Sharon) at the front desk, I had clearly explained they had messed up a measurement and she told 'no you're wrong, you don't know what you're talking about because we've been doing this for 20 years'.

She couldn't comprehend the possibility of them being incorrect, and had a disgusting attitude. They also kept my money and never reached back out to install the window. AVOID this business (if you can even call this place a business) at all costs!

We needed to have 3 very large mirrors removed and in a short time frame. A&M came exactly the time they stated and had the mirrors down and gone in short order. They even charged less than quoted because it was a quicker job than anticipated. Nice guy too. I would definitely recommend them. About a year ago, the windows in our garage door were broken and we were able to get replacement glass immediately from A&M.

A & M Window Service was recommended to me through Nextdoor. I was given the option of having someone come to the house to replace my broken window glass, or bring the window in myself, for less cost. Since my windows can be removed easily, I chose to bring it to them. Their initial estimate was very close to what I actually paid after official measurements were taken.

I paid, and about a week later was asked to bring the window back in for the repair to be performed. This time, my NAV took me through some pretty nasty traffic in Denver so when I arrived I was in a full on anxiety attack. I handed the window over for the repairs and told that ladies up front that I would sit in my car and wait while I settled down.

They gave my window to their technician and he had it back out to me VERY quickly! I am so appreciative of them for considering me, they did not have to do that. It was a professional repair, and the cost was very affordable. I highly recommend this place of business for your window needs. Thank you so much!

The service was handled efficiently and window installation was done well. Matthew also left no debris inside or outside for which I was grateful. The company met the deadline for installing the windows and everything was handled professionally.

One of the best feelings when you have work to be done at a property is knowing who you will call, and knowing It will be done right. I couldn't be happier than I found A&M. Across two properties A&M window service has proven to be reliable, accurate, and dependable. On time, delivered as promised. Chris repaired our Windsor casement windows on July 23, 2021. He takes pride in his work. He showed up on time even though he was hurt his leg the day before. He fixed windows at a rate of 9.5 minutes a window. He is unbelievably talented.

We had bought a new home and had an issue with one of the meeting rails of my toddlers bedroom window coming partially off right before the big storm. I was luckily able to get things closed and sealed up in time but this was far from a fix. I called several places, sent pics and was advised of a minimum 400.00 fix and possibly a new window needed (1500.00 to 3K).just for a partially detached rail on ONE of the hung windows.

No doubt that they're busy as it was a couple of weeks before they could get someone out to see me. Once here, I could see why. Chris arrived within the timeframe set, was courteous and got right to work. Within the hour, he addressed the issue, reglued the rail back on and repaired a piece of the exterior window seal. All of that for well over half of the lowest price quoted. and, it appears to be working just fine so far. That quality/price I'm sure keeps them super busy. Glad I reached out to these guys and they'll be my first call for anything window related from here on out.

Honest and reliable! We had a warranty that transferred to us when we purchased our home. They followed through with repairing windows that had broken seals. Very happy with their service. Nice to know companies like this still exist! Thank you A&M for taking care of us!

A&M did an absolutely amazing job on my custom install. Thanks to them, I now have a completely soundproof office with a custom sliding glass door. It's transformed my work!

I highly recommend this business to everyone. I had a nightmare using a contractor and a highly known service provider marketplace trying to fix a broken window. These guys are the definition of integrity. Replaced 3 cracked glass panes, 3 broken seals. When several had been replaced prior. Minor issues with measurements all over the place. Yes we had to reschedule to get everything right. Yes a bit of a pain, however we'll worth the wait. They made all the right adjustments, came back on the day stated. And fixed all 5 remaining windows! For a great PRICE! Thank you A&M!

Even though they couldn't help with our window sill rot issue, they were so helpful in providing contacts to local carpenters. Great customer service, will use them when we need window glass repare for sure.

Received a call from A&M that they needed to reschedule the glass replacement for my bay window due to the owner being sick. With it being a two man job there wasnt any other person to fill in for him. I was initially pretty upset and inconvenienced since I had taken the day off from work so this could be done. A&M came out on their rescheduled date to perform the work and did a great job. After speaking to the owner he gave me a credit towards the cost of installation.

I had Chris come to do a measurement. He promised he'd call the following morning with a price. No call! Guess my broken glass pane was not financial motivation for a follow-up call.

Don't waste your time with this company. They were out over a month ago to give us an estimate. They said I would have the estimate within a couple of days. I followed up with three phone calls. I finally received an e-mail from Carl saying they aren't able to help us because they don't have an installer right now. Hmm.why did that take a month?

And why didn't I receive a phone call? An e-mail in this situation is unacceptable. They strung me along saying they were trying to get my windows covered under warranty. I asked them where they were at in this process so I could continue the process on my own. Surprise, surprise; no response.

Chris came out to the house and was great. I was looking forward to working with them either through the warranty repair process but most likely through their independent work repairing and replacing windows. Carl on the other hand. I can't get a response from. It's been over 3 months and still no quote or contact from him at all. I have called several times and am told he will call tomorrow, which hasn't happened. Waste of time to wait for him but was able to get good knowledge from Chris while he was at the house.

A&M is a great window repair service because they don't try to sell you new windows. They fix the existing ones at a very reasonable price. They carry all replacement parts. Ask for Chris because he's been doing it for 30 years and is efficient, reliable and friendly. Thanks A&M we will be back!

We had A&M come in to re-do our shower enclosure which had been damaged by the prior homeowner. Carl was awesome and answered all my questions and came out for several visits and a free estimate before we committed for the work to be done. We LOVE our new enclosure and wished we had done it sooner!

No offense but it all started a little rocky when the receptionist couldn't get a correct time scheduled and then I get a call the day of my actual appointment saying it was on Monday somehow now. Someone came and measured my windows but never sent the quote and it's been 3 days. Oh well their loss.

Excellent. Respectful, timely and knowledgeable. Took me some weeks to find them but once I did, it was a great relief. No lies about needing new windows; instead expert repair done swiftly and carefully for $250.00! Will definitely turn to them again as they are best I have found. Very grateful. Just wish they were better represented on Google or any search engine.

Best window repair service around! I called around and some places never returned my call. Chris was great! Gave us estimate and then came back and fixed the broken window. Actually fixed the window not wanting to replace whole window! Awesome service!

Fantastic service in every way! We had 2 damaged leaded glass doors - the lead was bent and the wood splintered. Carl did a phenomenal job in repairing it, and even added reinforcement to the lead, at no extra charge! He was friendly, courteous and proactive to be sure we would be satisfied. I highly recommend A & M if you want quality service and quality results at a very reasonable price.

I called around for quotes on fixing a broken double pane window by Accent Windows and construction of screen doors. A&M provided the most cost effective solution so I hired them. Chris built amazing patio screens that work like a dream. The window repair also turned out great. A&M's price on custom screens was less than 1/2 what was quoted by Screen Mobile and I do not think Screen Mobile could have done a better job or provided better customer service.

Once I saw Chris's work, I hired A&M to build 2 more custom screens, re-screen another patio screen and a window screen. From now on, I will only use A&M for all of my window needs!

I needed two panes replaced on a bay window, and this company did it for right around $200--great price compared to other quotes I got. The work was scheduled to happen within two weeks and was done on time. No hassles. Very happy with the service.

Nice people, a little on the high side as far as price goes, but what isn't these days. Very human like interaction, I was not treated like another customer.
