Wow! I am so impressed! I love my new windows! Jay is honest, responsive and professional. He is very knowledgeable and has great ideas. Jay and his installers, Rich and Mike, were very respectful to me and my home. They did what they said they would do. The install was fast and they kept my home clean during the process. I was very nervous and hesitant about the whole process, but I'm so glad I used 303 Windows. I couldn't be happier!

We worked with Jay replacing over 40 outdated Viking windows in our house with Amerimax Craftsman windows, advice and insights he provided were very helpful. He gave us a number of references which all commented very positively on their related projects. The at times difficult measurement and install was looked after by John and his team of professional and courteous installers and worked out very well. Follow-up work on our end after the install was completed was minimal. Jay followed up on manufacturing issues when the manufacturer was simply not responsive and also addressed incorrectly delivered window panes and exterior caulking issues, the latter representing the main challenge we had so far.

Unfortunately Jay does not seem to be available/interested in smaller projects, we are planning to install three new windows in locations that don't have windows today, despite contacting 303 windows multiple times we never heard back.

We have used (303 Windows) to systematically replace all the windows in our home over the past 10+ years. This past September we scheduled our final installations for the bedrooms. My call was pleasantly greeted by Jay (the owner) who immediately referenced my account. Since it had been 3-4 years from our last installation, Jay personally came out to measure and evaluate a previous window that had failed.

Due to the lifetime warranty, It was added it to the order to be replaced at no cost. The estimated time for installation for the bedroom windows was thought to be sometime around Christmas due to the current supply chain shortages. We were surprised when the windows came in earlier and the installation completed BEFORE Christmas! (Earlier than quoted!) Adrian and the entire installation crew were beyond exceptional!

They were courteous and professional, efficient and friendly. They worked quickly and cleaned up thoroughly when finished! The windows themselves are far superior than the competition as they do much better in the Colorado fluctuating temperatures from winter cold to the summer heat. If ever I have a window issue in the future or need for a new window, I will ALWAYS call (303)WINDOWS.and ask for Jay!

My experience with Jay, the owner, was fantastic from the minute I talked to him on the phone. He was on time, professional and listened to want we wanted to do with our windows. He had several windows and took the time to explain the differences between the windows. No pressure. It was an easy choice to have Jay install the new windows. When the windows arrived, he called and set up a time for installation.

His crew was very professional, answered my questions and took the time to make sure the work area was spotless before they left. The new windows look fantastic! If you need new windows, don't waste your time calling anyone else.

I would highly recommend 303 Windows because of service, price and Jay's vision. When I asked for a quote, it was for 4 bedroom windows, very straight forward. Jay saw the large picture window and sliding glass door in my living room and he made a suggestion. Needless to say, I took his advice and the large picture window looks better than I imagined it could. I'm very happy with the windows, the installation (installer was great) and Jay's vision!

I'm amazed at how affordable these windows are compared to other companies. He was very helpful and knowledgeable of the style to fit my house and design. The installation team was very professional and did a beautiful job.

I'm so pleased that I'm having them finish the rest of the windows in the house! These windows are so energy efficient and attractive. I love my new kitchen view, family room view and the rain glass in the bathroom.

Went with 303 windows because they were highly recommended and had great reviews. Maybe it was an off week for Jay, but we didn't have a great experience. Communication was poor about when the installers would arrive. I have kids and dogs and needed to have a window of time, but the installers' arrival was hours off Jay's estimate. Jay subs out the installation and that is really who you need to be good.

We had one cracked window frame that the installers installed anyway. Jay replaced it, but we had to wait several weeks. In addition, unfortunately the installers also broke one of yard lights during installation. Jay completely ignored our request to replace it. He also promised repair parts for an existing kitchen window. He never supplied the parts.

His son was working with the installer and did the window caulking. He smeared caulk all over the side of our house when caulking an upper window. Caulk also dropped down from the second floor window to the ground windows. Just very sloppy. Price was ok, but installation quality isn't there. Would not recommend. I'm only reviewing because not sure how they have all 5 star reviews and no one says anything negative. Just be aware you may not have the 5-star experience.

Last year I had 20 windows and a patio door replaced by 303Windows. Jay was great in arranging everything and his experienced crew did it in one day leaving no trace behind but fantastic new windows. I waited to review them until I had a whole year of use. My Xcel bills are way down, the home is much more comfortable, and the noise reduction was dramatic.

The price was a fraction of the large corporate window replacement companies that you see adds for every 30 seconds. Don't waste your time and money and just go ahead with 303Windows!

We had a broken glass patio door, and Jay was able to have his team replace it within less than half the time of any other place we called. The work was done extremely well. The new door is beautiful. Perhaps most pleasing about it is that it was also the most reasonably priced. There is no question we would use them again when we replace the windows in our home. Highly recommend them!

The installers, Will and Alex, are fantastic! They are highly skilled professionals and it shows in everything they do! The highway was shut down the morning of the install and Will provided updates throughout the delay. Despite being 4-5 hours late, they were able to complete the install that day! I had several bids from local 5 star companies.all selling Amerimax windows so they were all comparable products. The difference between 303 and other companies were.1) Jays customer service and honesty.he explained the process clearly and completely. 2) once the windows were installed, they were done.meaning the installers finished with caulk and paint. BE SIRE TO ASK THIS QUESTION. a comparable installer gave me a price lower than 303 but I had to finish with paint touch ups.

That wasn't going to work for me because my windows on on a second floor. 3) the Installers were top notch.clean, easy to talk to, professional, and total clean up. I highly recommend this company. afterwards.

At a time in Denver when uncertain quality and dubious performance command a towering price 303-WINDOWS was a model of professionalism, craftsmanship, and customer service. I replaced 19 windows at my home in November 2018. Jay explained everything in easy to understand terms without a hint of sales pressure.

He provided me timely and complete information in response to questions from my HOA. The impressive crew (Rick, John, Mark, and Adrian) was capable, efficient and thorough. They consistently demonstrated genuine respectfulness, not only for me and my property, but toward one another. You don't see that every day. My wife and I went through 303-WINDOWS after seeing the prices of many of the "Name Brand" companies. We were quoted 25k-30k for 21 windows by these companies. When Jay came out, he explained everything to us and was non invasive. He quoted us at 12k for 21 windows! I was a little concerned about the quality at first, but after talking to a couple other people, those concerns were abated.

The windows were installed in 1 day. The crew that installed them was respectful and fast. I couldn't have been happier with the service I received and the windows are ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! My windows are being installed today and they look beautiful! Rick is so clean, organized, friendly and doesn't mind that my dogs keep barking at him, lol. But seriously Jay was great when he quoted me, kept to his price and honestly does business. Very reasonable pricing and no hidden fees. I can't say enough good things about Centennial Home Improvements. Jay has installed all of our windows at four homes over the past five years, and the older windows still look and work just like the new ones. They have helped with insulation and especially noise. We have neighbors who play loud music and now with the windows closed we can't even hear it. It's amazing what a difference there is in ease of use (they pop out to clean), noise control, and heating/cooling over the home's original windows. Jay's excellent service, attention to detail, five star work crew, and low prices are unbeatable. If you are in the market for high-quality vinyl windows, I highly recommend you get a quote from him before making a decision.

I was in the market to have 6 windows replaced originally because I thought that's what I could have afforded with my budget. Jay was the second person I called to get a bid and his bid was much lower than the first company I contacted so I added two more windows. He explained to me that since he's the owner himself, he was able to give me a much better price without the salesperson.

His bid for 8 windows total was still lower than the first bid I got and those are for the exact same models so I knew it was comparing apples to apples. On top of the honest and very competitive pricing, he came out in a spring snow storm weather on a Saturday to give me the quote and patiently answered all my questions. Jay was really good at communicating with me throughout the whole process.

The installers came out and installed 8 windows for me today. They were as good as I could have expected, professional and efficient. They did a good job cleaning up the work site and the windows are as good as Jay had advertised. If you are in the market for replacement windows, you really should give Jay a call. He will most likely give you a very competitive bid to begin with and has no problem matching and beat other people's bids for the same windows. One lesson I learned from this experience is to get several bids once you have decided on what windows to get and I was happy that I did and found Jay in the process.

We have a 70 year old house with original windows. Once my husband and I were finally able to afford replacing the windows, we got quotes from about 10 companies around Denver. By far, the most knowledgable and one of the best priced happens to be 303-Windows! Our custom windows were ready in about 6 weeks. We scheduled a perfect February day and within about 5 hours, our windows were installed!

The installers were prompt, professional, hilarious, and kind. They cleaned the entire work area, before and after and made sure the windows were sparkling when they left. I never expected to be so happy to spend so much money. These brand new windows are glorious!
