At Gravina's, we specialize in custom built vinyl, wood and fiberglass replacement windows.
Vinyl Replacement Windows are an excellent choice for replacement windows mainly because of their price and energy efficiency. The windows are made from polyvinyl chloride (PVC), which has a high R-value. This provides a significant amount of insulation, which will help to cut your energy costs. Lower Energy Costs - Vinyl windows help to keep the heat out during the summer and the heat in during the winter using Low-E insulating double-pane or triple pane glass, which means you'll be using less heating and air conditioning thereby lowering your energy bills.

I have used Gravina's now twice for my sliding patio door and just recently 5/19/2022 to replace all of my windows. I priced out 3 companies. Gravina's beat the pricing by $400. I had some very old windows so we had air coming through the cracks, you could hear the traffic as if it were in you were standing outside. Now my home is quiet, cold in the summer and warm in the winter.
The windows are super easy to take down and clean without having to even go outside and throw ladders onto the home. You can take the windows down and clean them. Not only, was their prices better then others, they are Courteous, fast and professional. Gravina's is a great place for your windows. I like them so much they are replacing my front door and security door next week. A+ experience all the way.

I love my new windows and doors! The installers were professional and friendly. The quality is great. They were able to recommend windows to meet my needs. The project was completed, on-time and according to the schedule that was communicated. I will be happy to use Gravina's again in the future. Services: General door installation, Window installation

Gravina's Windows & Siding (@ 950 W Evans!) did a stellar job for us from consultation through installation! They have superb customer service & a passion for finding the most elegant solutions for complex situations. Our house had a jumble of casement windows, sliding glass doors and slider windows that were installed in the 1960's and 70's. Nick Gravina explored a wide variety of options for us to consider, taking into account our aesthetic and budget and delivered an outstanding set of windows and doors!
The installation team was led by Matt Gravina and they were exceptionally competent & kind. Because of the age of some of our doors, getting the new doors plumb and level required some creative problem solving and a lot of persistence. They took the extra time to nail it perfectly! If you are in the market for any kind of replacement windows or doors, I cannot recommend Gravina's highly enough.
There are two parts to any successful replacement window project: choosing the correct windows and having a top-notch installation crew. Gravina's exceeded my expectations in both regards. Moreover, they were tidy, on time and cleaned up after themselves. They had a lot of respect for us, our home and our dog!

Honest and professional and saved me a ton of money that other companies probably would've been happy to take! I was concerned that my windows may have needed to be replaced, but Nick came by and recommended replacing only one glass pane that had a bad seal. He ordered the glass and installed it in about 20 minutes, and it looks amazing! What could've cost me thousands ended up being a cheap, easy fix. They weren't interested in selling me windows that I didn't need, but I will absolutely be calling Gravina's when I do!

Every piece of the process with this company was not only painful, but full of lies. Ordered average amount of windows Nov 2020.informed they would arrive no later than Feb. (but with weather could be later for install.reasonable). Mid APRIL they send ONE installer (and his young son) to install 20+ windows, 2 story house with bay's etc). This 2 day job took 4 (mostly because they only showed up 11am- 3 pm). OH and 5 windows broke/were missing so this fiasco dragged on til Aug Gravinas NEVER contacted us when one arrived - the windows magically appeared after we called.slowly over time. Miserable team overall. Great windows ((hopefully) but not worth their BS.

Garbage company. Do not use. Terrible project management. Mediocre to poor craftsmanship. Sub par material selection. Estimate process went great and reviews looked good so we went with them for our front entry renovation (Small & simple project). It all fell apart immediately after. Delays are one thing, but poor communication about delays just makes it much worse.
If its going to be delayed by 6 weeks, then don't tell me "next week" for 6 weeks. Once work started it was not good quality. Interior trim around the windows was poorly done and drywall cracks were just left for me to fix. The windows were not put in straight. I had to point it out to to the project manager and he seemed to think I was seeing things.
The door knob & lock were not installed correctly. They wouldn't latch. They had the installer come back out and mess with it, but he left and the door had the same issue. I had to take it apart and redo everything myself so that the door lock would work correctly. The siding installer was supposed to come the next day. He didn't. We had to wait a week for the siding install and when he did show up he was not prepared and had the wrong siding.
The upside was that he immediately noticed the crooked windows and was able to get the installers to come back and fix them. Once the siding was finally installed, the fit/finish was mediocre at best. Unsealed gaps where it met the brick. Nails sticking up slightly. White sealant used at the edge of black trim. Through the whole process they were very difficult to get in touch with.
Project managers phone went straight to voicemail and he never called back. Every time I called their office they had difficult time figuring out who I was or what project it was. After the fiasco was finally over he said that he would give us a discount since there were so many issues. Of course that never actually happened. Stay away from these slimeballs.

I had the most awesome experience with Gravinas! I needed a new front door and every person I dealt with was friendly and professional. From the reception staff, sales and installation, they communicated at every step and I love my new door! It was so great watching my old, janky front door removed and carted away. YAY! We have been working with Gravina's for years. Since we moved into our house, they have done all of our window replacements, siding for gables and front of house and a brand new door. They are professional, easy to work with and tidy. The price is fair, too. I plan to continue to work with Gravina's and have recommended them to family and friends.

We hired Gravina's to replace our siding, windows and doors. We had 4 different companies provide us with a consultation including estimates. Each company with the exception of Gravina's pushed their own product. With Gravina we were provided a variety of high quality window and siding from various manufacturers of our choosing. Gravina's price was at least 15% below the 3 other estimates we received.
Our sales rep (Jason C.), respectfully, offered his professional opinion and suggestions to our many questions and continued to be our point of contact throughout the project completion. We did have to wait 12 weeks to begin our project due to the high volume of home repairs occurring at the time. However, Gravina's was transparent about their timeline and easily available when we had questions before our project began. Jeremy our window installer was extremely polite and respectful- working diligently and quickly.
We appreciate his down to earth demeanor, his expertise and attention to detail. Tolga was our siding installer who communicated with us when any issues arose and who was remarkably meticulous in his craftsmanship. Our gutters were installed by Josh who also was professional, worked quickly and was extremely transparent about potential issues he thought may occur. Overall, we had an extremely pleasant experience with Gravina and we would highly recommend this business for anyone interested in any services they provide. We are now so excited to pull up to our home and see it's new exterior beauty as well as the interior comfort due to high quality insulation. Thank you Gravina!

The value for money with Gravina Windows is top notch. In my search for new windows to replace my builder grade aluminum windows I got estimates from 5 different companies, most of which were corporate chains. Gravina's was the last estimate I reached out for and I'm glad I did, they came in at $4000 below my next lowest quote and were running a deal that upgraded me to triple pane windows for no additional cost.
They had many different options for obscured glass to choose from, so make sure you take a look at their samples if that is something you are interested in. Even though there were some hiccups with things, Gravina's went out of their way to make it right, and that is what good customer service truly is. I am loving my new windows in my draft-free house, they have made the winter weather in Colorado much more bearable. Ultimately I'm happy that I chose to use a local, family owned business.

We paid a little less with these guys that a few other quotes but the experience working with them was a mess from right after we signed the contract. The salesman communicate with unprofessional super short replies which are never clear and NEVER proactive. I feel like we honestly we never had had our job done if I hadn't asked several times what was happening.
In retrospect it's pretty clear what the business model is. Get a sale and then order the materials. After forgetting about the customer for several month scramble to find "some guy" who can come and install it. The "some guy" was good at what he did but showed up and was immediately bitching about working with Gravina as it's "always a mess working with them".
He walked off the job after a few days when I went to ask him about how the windows would be trimmed. It was clear that despite three visits to my house the salesman did nothing to create a design or installation instructions/plan. We were then asked to pay more to trim windows as they were somehow unique but it was never clear why the original quote would not have accommodated that other than the salesman not doing his job. The invoicing process is a mess as well. Find a real company to get your siding done. This place is a bunch of bozos just looking to make some money.

If you are looking to buy new windows DO NOT go to Gravina's Windows. I purchased 5 windows and a sliding glass door and they were installed second week of July. Installers rushed to install and never went over anything with me. I purchased double sliders so I could lift out the windows and completely clean them. First problem I could not get the windows out and I also found two of the windows sashes were made to small and if I moved sash all the way to one side I had a gap of about 1/4 inch.
I placed a call to the company and left a message with the service desk. I never received a call back so 2 months later, the first week of September I called again, and this time talked to the service person and he told me that he could not return all of the calls he received. Finally got someone to come out to check things out and he made a few adjustments and had to order a couple of new sash's. October and November came and went with no calls.
I finally called the manufacture to find out the order would not go out until Dec 1. Finally 12/23/20 they came out to install new sash and correct errors the installers made. I have alarms sensor inside the frame and because the windows were not installed right the sensor could not be moved. Throughout this whole mess their only explanation was it's 2020 and they had too much work and many problems.
They never showed any real concern for the customer issues and said they did all they could do. Bottom line I did not know I needed to be a window installer and that I needed to check all of their work. It was bad enough that I had to call the manufacture to get answers. Just save yourself the pain of working with this company and go elsewhere.

The upside is we saved $2,000 over another quote for the same 4 windows but we WAY overpaid for an install that was sloppy and actually cost us more work. The windows were the last phase of a total TV room remodel so we couldn't wait to see the finished product but the windows were so filthy when the installers left it took several hours to clean them using a razor knife and industrial cleaner to remove smeared caulk, dirt and fingerprints.and they damaged brand new drywall in two places and dinged up the wall everywhere so the freshly painted wall in that room has to be completely re-painted, which is frustrating because it wasn't necessary, just careless and inconsiderate. Technically, I'd say they get a C+ for the overall install as there were other small issues as well, but they get an F for showing absolutely no pride in the final product that we paid good money for.
We had to show them twice (in the same place) where there was light and cold air coming through around the window and they finally caulked it but then we showed them how one of the windows was crooked (vertically) and could be clearly seen both inside and out, and then even gave him the measurements to prove it but the installer just blew it off and dismissed it.
We decided it wasn't worth the re-install anyway and just gave up on it. When looking at the windows from outside you could see caulk all over the surrounding green trim (easily prevented by just simply taping it off) and instead of looking like brand new windows, they looked like they'd been there 30 years. When you pay $1,000's of dollars for something, and then pay an additional premium for installation, you expect it to be perfect and these were far from it. That, and the fact that we had to wait 3 months to get them with zero communication from the sales staff rendered the overall purchase a very disappointing experience.
We have a whole house full of windows (and siding) to replace and these guys could've won our business but I don't think I'd feel confident purchasing from Gravina's again.

The sales process was excellent, and Michael Stielhack was our rep. There was no pressure at all and he was incredibly patient while being a boundless source of information. Our installers were Jeremy and Orion. They were polite, professional and really outstanding. They told us what they were doing, when they were doing it and what to expect every step of the way. Jeremy was clearly the lead installer, and truly an absolute pleasure to work with.
If we noticed one opportunity for improvement it would be communication in between the close of the sale and the setting of the install date. We know Gravina's (and so many others) were and are struggling with supply chain issues. We only found that out when we called them to get a better sense of the timeline. We were told about 8 weeks from the time of final measurement until installation.
That date wasn't met due to the supply chain issues. We would have loved a weekly call or email updating us on status, even if there was nothing new to report. We would definitely recommend Gravina's for quality, value, and the service provided by the people we did interact with.

Ordered $15,000 of windows in Nov 2019. Finally finished install in Oct 2020 after being told multiple times that the windows were damaged when they arrived at their shop. Had to explain how to install a window using a level as they "eye-balled" it. Got the final bill this week and it was $3600 more than anticipated. Had to basically make my own invoice with the dates and details to share with their office. It was a very frustrating process with poor communication on their end. Save yourself the headache and use someone else.

I met with a rep 2 weeks ago and placed an order for a few windows and a sliding door. I was told it would be about 8 weeks for completion. They were very quick to cash my check. As of today, nobody from Gravina's has contacted me to do the final measurements so that the windows/door can actually be ordered. Customer service is pretty low so far. I'm giving one more week before I request a refund so I can go with another company.

I was so put off by the Renewal by Anderson and Pella sales people, that I thought going with a local business would be a good choice. Wow! Was I WRONG in a big way! We ordered our windows in Feb and the installation wasn't "done" until July. we bought the highest end Great Lakes windows. First, they sold us windows that didn't fit the width of our window wells - so they had to jury-rig a 1.5" spacer to make them fit.
When I paid $40k for windows, I wasn't terribly happy about a ghetto fix to the job. I was shocked at how poor the windows looked in our house. My old windows had a nice aluminum frame that the windows fit into. The Great Lakes windows didn't have the frame, so the installers used massive amounts of caulk to fill in the surrounding area.
I would typically expect at the end of having new windows put in, to have clean windows. I was wrong! We had to pay our window washers 700$ to get all the crap off of our windows from the installers (when it's usually 200$). The installers said they would split it with us, but never did. To add insult to injury, Gravina's accounting person hounded is to pay for the job before it was even complete.
When we finally paid the last bit, but had the promise to get the last couple bits done, we didn't hear from them again. I've attached a couple pictures - one is my old windows, they are dirty but look nice, the other is the caulk-filled ghetto version from Gravina's.

Ugh. Nick Gravina was unprofessional, didn't seem to be familiar with the installation instructions of his product, and seemed to want to blame mistakes on everyone but his crew. I did find the Gravina crew assigned to our project certainly kind, however there were parts of our project where corners were cut, and Nick repeatedly tried to get out of doing the job right.
For instance, we had several arch window where Marvin instructions and the sale rep specifically indicated needed they to be flashed, Nick tried to argue (so very intensely) that these windows required no flashing and that the window nailfins alone served as adequate flashing. We also had a french door installed where the crew simply installed the door right over bare wood -- again no flashing was installed at the base of the door.
I purchased close to $100K worth of windows through Gravina. We selected Gravina in part because Nick indicated our job was large and he would be present to ensure things went smoothly and provide a high level of oversight to the installation. I believe he was present twice at our house for a total of 30 minutes near the very end of the project. That said, I didn't particularly enjoy listening to his endless excuses, nor did I trust his attention to detail, so that was probably for the better. Finally, I will say that Nick's customer service was extremely poor.
When we insisted that our arch windows be flashed according to the Marvin instructions (and the Marvin rep), Nick refused to take our phone calls, and insisted that all correspondence be via email exclusively. This slowed down our project timing, and certainly soured the relationship. However, even though our contract expressly outlined a payment plan of a downpayment, (which we paid before the windows we ordered) and then a final payment at the completion of the project, Nick demanded installment payments because our project ran long.
Only when payment was involved was Nick willing to meet with us and talk! Quite simply, it was infuriating working with a person who seemed to approach things only from his perspective. For those with large projects I would suggest looking elsewhere. I tend to think our project was a Saks 5th Avenue project with a Walmart type attitude.

My experience with Gravina's goes back to early January, 2019. I contacted them to adjust or fix an Anderson french door that was having a problem with the opening/locking mechanism, and to replace a Marvin double-hung window that had some discoloration between the glass panes. Neither were purchased originally through Gravina's, and both were almost 20 years old.
My initial impression was great. Jeff Gravina arranged to come and take a look at the door and window just a few days after I contacted them. He quickly diagnosed the french door as needing a replacement mechanism, and the window with a seal failure. He said he would order the replacement mechanism and suggested I contact Marvin to see if the window was still under warranty.
He said that Marvin could send me the two replacement sashes and I could easily install them myself. I called Marvin and learned that the window was out of warranty, that the specific product line of my window was being phased out, but that they had a great relationship with Gravina's and could probably arrange an expedited build instead of the usual 4-6 weeks. However, they strongly recommended Gravina's install them in case there were any problems.
I called and spoke with Jeff. He tried to convince me that he didn't need to come back out to do the install, but after explaining what Marvin had said, he reluctantly agreed. I told him that the Marvin rep was willing to expedite the windows and gave him the contact name. Six weeks later I called Jeff to get an update. It took several calls over a period of about a week before I could get hold of him.
He said he would look into the status and get back to me. Having heard nothing, about a week later I called again. And over the period of a couple of weeks I tried repeatedly to contact Jeff directly by phone and email, and by through the website contact, and leaving multiple messages on the main Gravina's phone number. Eventually, I contacted someone in sales who promised to get hold of Jeff and get back to me.
Over the period of a couple more weeks I spoke with the sales rep and he told me he couldn't get a response from Jeff, then eventually went dark on me as well. At that point I gave up with Gravina's. I hadn't put any money down. I contacted another company, emailed a photo of the sash label to them. Two days later they gave me a quote and I put down 50% for the new sashes.
Four weeks later they called me to arrange the install, and three days after that the window project was done. The window company also referred me to someone they recommended who does Anderson french door work. He came out a couple of days after I contact him. I explained the history and the possible need for a new door mechanism. He examined it and said it just needed adjusting and cleaning. He did that and about 20 minutes later I had a properly functioning french door for a fraction of the cost of a new mechanism.

If I could give this company zero stars I would! They mis-measure doors. Then cause damage to your home when installing doors. They fail to complete the product they guarantee to complete in the contract. And they add a bunch of additional charges that were not in the original contracts. They are a bunch of crooks! BUYER beware: DO NOT USE this company! They SCAM you out of your money and damage your house!

Horrible job. Didn't put in foam around the outside of the window and they had to come out to fix the caulking a few times. And now 3 years later while up on a ladder to do some painting, I noticed a 1/2 gap above one window where you can see right through to the outside. No wonder why I kept feeling drafts.

Gravina's recently finished a large window project on our home. Nick is very kind & patient and answered my many questions. His team is also very kind and did a great job with replacing multiple windows and staining the new trim inside and out. They were quick & efficient and we are very happy with the work they did.

I used them to replace one window. Delivery was scheduled within 4-6 weeks. However it took them 3 months to deliver it! At delivery it turned out to be wrong window. In the end I went to Home Depot and purchased the same window for half the price. Terrible service, bad coordination, ones the sale is done, the service is bad! Be careful

Gravina's Windows and Siding came through for us. We purchased a house full of windows from them just over 10 years ago. These were some high end custom windows and we have been happy with the performance and longevity of the product and also the craftsmanship of the install. The reason for this current review is we had two of the glass units seals fail recently and needed Gravina's to deliver on their lifetime warranty offered at the time we bought.
Well it took some time to get it done, but they just completed the work. Thank you to Paul who came out to do the work. He was a real pro and did a nice job! Part of the value of working with a locally owned company is their ability to stand behind their work even over ten years later. If you are considering a window/siding company you should give Gravina's a chance to earn your business.

Too bad there is not "0" stars. I emailed for an appointment which specified the doors I needed. Salesman called and re asked the question I already put email, but so be it. After he got my address he asked, Is there was a "Mr. B"? I'm not offended easily, but a. it is none of his business, b. it made me feel unsafe, and c. it made me feel like I'd get a better deal if a "Mr." was there to negotiate.
I responded, "Does it matter?" He responded, "I just don't want to be shot when I come to the front door." REALLY?!? I refrained from responding, I have a concealed handgun license. The following day he was late to the appointment, but after clearing the air he told me he'd have a bid to me the next day. I didn't receive the bid until 2 days later which only included 1 of the 3 doors.
I replied, "thanks but I need the whole bid to make a decision." A week later, I haven't received it. He completely wasted my time. I would NEVER use them! Plus, I went to the showroom to see the material of the doors he was talking about and most of the product is similar to what is in Home Depot. A waste to drive across town. Truly TERRIBLE. Home Depot and Pella were off the charts better.

I ordered a replacement screen from this company over a month and a half ago, scheduled an appointment with Derek to have him come to the house today to install and fix a broken latch on one of the windows. He never showed. Never even had the courtesy to call to let me know he wasn't coming. I call the office and nobody knows where he is at. I have wasted so much time repeatedly calling this company to arrange for the delivery and install/maintenance.
Obviously they don't give a rip about the customer. Save your money folks, this is a shoddy window company at best. Call Vivax instead, excellent installs and responsive office support. Another item of note. I had VIVAX replace 3 of the Gravina windows because they had been damaged by painters. The VIVAX installers told me there was little or no insulation around any of the Gravina windows, so obviously they were''t installed correctly. Another warning.don't patronize Gravina.

First, full disclosure. I swore I'd never use this company simply because their commercials are painful to listen to. But then I thought it best to give a local company a try. So, I called and talked with Mike, who I believe is a Gravina family member. He said that he had a 3 hour window the next day and thought he could stop for an estimate, but would call to confirm.
I rearranged a few items for that day to ensure I was available to meet with him. Well, here we are over a week later and I still haven't heard from Mike, or anyone else from Gravina's. I have since called their competition and had exceptional responses. Oh! And they not only called to confirm, but they showed up too! Since Gravina's appears to be a dealer/rep for many window and door manufacturer's, I am sure the product is very good.
The CS however, I can't even say it's lacking because it just isn't there! If I were a rep for the likes of Anderson windows, I'd be disassociating my company from these guys in a heartbeat!
