We ordered our front doors made by TruStile through Ganahl lumber in Orange Ca. We ordered our front door in mid April and have just received it after being told it would only take a few weeks. A sticker on the door confirms it was remade once and now it arrived with the wrong sill. We can't install until the proper one comes in. We were never told there would be a delay or told it had to be remade.

Now it's holding up our project and no one is trying to make it right. Our contractor has tried to get the proper sill sent out but isn't getting any answers. This door had a large price tag and the service is horrible. Now I see so many others have had similar experiences. We need someone to contact us and make this right.

My own experience at this place?. I think this is the most beautiful Warehouse I've ever seen every machine and every aspect of the company is me zone plus which means my s*** is in place. Then my personal trainer is a genius a door expert my supervisor is absolutely understanding and short-tempered at best he is a perfect gentleman and astute manager and the fact you know the administration the whole everybody is just meshing very very well morale is very high I haven't heard any complaints about the company.

And any I haven't seen anything negative about the whole place I mean my experience at true style doors thus far has been better than most DOD machine shops I've worked in I mean this is better than building airplanes almost

I got here 9:30 for loading still here I don't know why people said it's grade place it's not grade place they waste all my time

UPDATE: Long story. Doors seemed to look great. NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS: Several doors arrived damaged and had to be repaired or reordered. Any slabs, sliders, or bifold, pocket doors are shipped completely unprotected. Had to wait for repairs to 3 doors and complete replacement of bifolds (2-4weeks) - This was addressed by Trustile in the reply to my original review.

Other issues below have occurred since. Pocket doors arrived without being fully prepped for hardware even though I purchased the hardware WITH the doors. Had to have a Trustile rep come to the site and manually prep the doors. We then had to repair the amateur work done. Bypass closet doors came machined as two right side doors. Had to wait for replacement (2-4 weeks). Replacement came and was prepped on both front and rear. Had to wait for replacement.

Two prehung doors were sent with the wrong 2.5" hinge screws. Predrilled the holes prior to noticing. Now have to call and order the correct screws and repair the holes. Bifold doors do not fit the specified opening. The ordering tool is not great and they were ordered for a 60" opening. Had to plane down a large amount off the doors and they are still tight.

Nearly all of the doors needed some patching compound / sanding / priming repairs. More than I originally caught at the original delivery. During painting I had several setbacks making repairs. One of the doors had two big roller marks? in them that was not able to be repaired. Luckily it was the inside of a closet. I would NEVER order these overpriced, poorly manufactured pieces or garbage again. They should be free for all the waiting, repairs, damage, poor quality, and missing items I've had to deal with.

The pre-hung doors arrived packaged and in good condition. All the slab doors (pocket, bifold, sliders) arrived unpackaged and 80% of the doors had damage. This is unacceptable for a doors that cost $350+/slab. When your $1000 bifold door shows up like a Builders Surplus remnant you quickly regret your decision to purchase these doors. May be good for pre-hung but I would look elsewhere for independent slabs.

Fantastic company selling high quality MDF doors. It greatly improved the value of my house and not to mention the compliments I receive from guests. I highly recommend these doors

Got here at 1130 am it's 430 pm now and still waiting to be loaded there has got to be a better system for loading trucks there.

Not sure where the blame goes, selling dealer or Trustile. Used them for the first time due to expected high quality and the custom made advantage dealing with my non-standard openings. Regardless that my doors were ordered by my rough opening dimension/measurements, several were oversized in height and would not fit. Also a double door was undersized 2 in width.

Two of these were exterior doors and did get them replaced under warranty. Now left with my double unit that is too small. The quality is potentially awesome.but they need to fit!

I purchased Trustile doors through a dealer/installer. The installler installed the doors improperly and they bent, looked terrible and didn't function properly. The installer refused to take responsibility for their mistake and would not replace the doors. Trustile furnished new doors and covered the cost of new mounting hardware, finishing and installation.

Their CEO took a personal interest in my problem. I couldn't have asked for better service. Trustile is an interesting company with the ability to make custom doors quickly. Great company with very high standards. I highly recommend them.
