With headquarters in Georgia, Vermont; Champlain Door Systems is a family-owned and operated residential and commercial garage door company founded by Mike Bechard in 1990. Today the company is co-owned by Mike and his son, Phil Bechard.

This is the second set of doors, and Liftmasters, that my family has bought from Champlain Door, along with our family company, and multiple family members. Great professional experience. Phil was very responsive with my torrent of questions. All during the build process getting answers about the install date was easy. The day of the install was half the time predicted and the garage was spotless upon completion. We were/are very happy with the entire experience.

I've been meaning to write this for a while. In October we ordered our doors after shopping around online. The prices were reasonable and Phil was prompt and communicative. The installer came a little early and did a great job installing the doors, which are beautiful. They look even better in person. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Champlain Door Company.

Phil was excellent at answering all of the questions that we had. The door we wanted was on special order. Phil went over the projected timeline and was right on the money. When the door arrived, someone came by and took the old door apart and installed the new door, hardware and all, within a business day. Overall, it was an excellent experience!

They came to fix the garage door 3 hours after I called even though we live in Middlebury and they are based in Georgia, Vt. The technician diagnosed the problem in seconds. He installed new cables, replaced a couple of worn parts, lubed everything, and was done in less than 45 minutes. Couldn't ask for more.

Our Door is original to the house and was installed by Champlain Door when new 20+ years ago. It has performed very well and Champlain Door have always been able to service our door for routine maintenance as needed, in a courteous, timely and cost friendly manner.
