We have been customers of the wonderful team at Gordon's for many years. The designers are always quick and helpful with suggestions how best to achieve the shading goals in our various rooms. I just met Barb Bode today for a new project in our home and as always with Gordon's team, she was helpful and a dream to work with. We love this local, woman-led Vermont based company.

This place delivers top-notch customer service. Amy was so helpful in getting my blind repaired. She went above and beyond! Service like this matters today.

This past Saturday I met with Barb Bode from Gordons Window Treatments. From the very beginning I have chosen Gordons to install window treatments in my home. Their customer service, response time, professionalism, and product have always been outstanding. I have never been disappointed with their service-if I needed a shade adjusted they came over right away and took care of the fix immediately. There are few companies these days you can trust or that do quality work surely Gordon's is on top of those list. They not only do great work but stand by it last time we used their service was about 20 years ago and this time here in 2021 & 2022 we receive the same caring and professional help and support. Every time I visit the shop I walk away thinking wow that is a group of cheerful knowledgeable professionals. Not exactly the feeling I get about the box stores. I made an appointment for a consult and Barbara Bode showed up right on time.another Gordon professional. She had a ready smile, knew her product front to back, and had a designers eye that made working with her a treat instead of chore.

I had a hard time deciding and moved the goal posts three times trying to come up with a final decision. Barbara was infinitely patient, flexible and good humored with me throughout. Bottom line: these folks are the real deal. I don't see how you could do better. 5 stars!

Gordon's team was fantastic every step of the way! Our window decor specialist, Michele, was so great to work with. She was on top of everything from start to finish, Ryan the installer made multiple trips and was so professional. Felix, on the the production team made two surprise pillows out of extra fabric he had. The quality of their work is unsurpassed. I couldn't recommend this team enough. Can't say enough good things about Gordon's! We became familiar with their product from the SunCommon offices, super neat looking and effective. Their sales staff (we worked with Barb) was helpful, informative, generous with time, patient, and in tune with our needs instead of pushing particular solutions onto us. It felt like we were heard! Barb created an excellent window treatment suggestion for us and the quote/pricing was transparent and easy to understand.

The install crew (Ryan I believe? and Connor) were courteous, super flexible with timing, efficient, informative, and professional. During this pandemic, we've felt unsure about having work done on the interior of our house, but the crew came prepared, listened to our concerns, and acted accordingly. We were impressed by their work. Overall the product is a life-changer. These new solar shades completely changed our living room and we couldn't be more happy. We don't pause to write reviews often enough but this one just had to be shared!

Gordon's Window Decor designed and installed our custom drapes in the bedroom, which are beautiful, and window shades on a curved wall in the living room. They were professional, timely, and very responsive, especially when one of the drapery panel hems needed resewing in order to hang perfectly. Barbara Bode expertly took the lead on this difficult project. I highly recommend Gordon's Window Decor and will use them again in the future.

I would choose Gordon's every time given the outstanding service I received from Amy for a very small Item. I was looking to replace a handle on a cell shade, and maybe have one restrung. It was installed before we owned the property. I thought the previous owner had purchased them here but I was wrong. Yet Amy researched the issue, provided several options, including a way to fix it myself! I was very impressed with the service I received. It said so much about the company and their employees. We have had wonderful service from Gordon's right from the start. 19 years ago when we moved into our condo we put their cellular shades on every window. Two times they replaced worn cords. Most recently a new header had to replace the old. The original shade was in good shape. Good materials!

We had a home visit by Barb to help us determine the best type of 'window dressings' for our west facing windows. She was fantastic! so informed and helpful, was able to answer all of our many questions, and had samples and pictures ready to show me. It all went so smoothly and we were able to find exactly what we wanted at a great price, too. Can't wait to have them installed!

We absolutely love our EcoSmart shades for our newly built townhouse. Elizabeth was amazing helping us pick out different shades for each window and door. Connor and his team did a great job with installation. We highly recommend Gordon's Window Decor.

The entire staff is such a pleasure to work with! If you work with Gordons, you will be supporting a local company that truly cares about their clients needs and wants. They are both professional and personable--two qualities that to us are as equally important. Barb was our designer and we loved having her over to our home to help us choose window treatments.

The free consultation is such a great way to learn about what would work best in your home, both aesthetically and functionally. It was also nice to be able to receive two estimates so that we could pick and choose which features fit into our budget. Even though our installation was set back a few months due to COVID-19, the staff continuously reached out to us to keep us informed of their plans.

Once they did get the chance to conduct installations again, they contacted us right away to schedule an appointment in less than a week! Luke installed our window treatments; he was extremely efficient and attentive. We have had a wonderful experience with this company and we recommend them wholeheartedly!

This heatwave is putting our new shades to the test and we couldn't be happier! The house is so much cooler and they look amazing!
