Evansville Garage Doors

My garage door started acting weird over the holiday weekend and I was concerned. While I had purchased the door from Evansville Garage Doors, I had someone else install it. When this person wasn't available I went back to Evansville Garage Door the next day to see if they could help me. The following morning two employees, Jason and Ryan, came by and figured out what was wrong (some installation issues) and worked until things were running smoothly.

Both Jason and Ryan were very kind and helpful. On top of that, the price to get my door back to working order was very reasonable. Talk about some outstanding customer service! I would highly recommend Evansville Garage Doors if you are looking to purchase a new garage door or need assistance with an existing one.

Best service in Evansville. Bought new garage doors and openers a few years ago and they are quiet and work great. Anytime I call with questions they are very friendly. They have sent someone to the house to help with questions and the employees are great. I will never buy garage doors in Evansville from anyone but Evansville Garage Doors. I manage a storage facility and needed a few doors. Called a few places and others didnt seem to want the work. Like what? So I called EGD's and they came right out. Over the next 3 years I purchased 30 doors from them. Love these guys so much I called them for my home garage doors too. Jason R. came out and looked at my old garage and gave me a quote.

I had them installed and love the doors. Such a huge difference from what I had before. The old ones used to fall out of the track and were super heavy. These are virtually maintenance free and easy to operate. You need doors? Call these guys. You wont be disappointed! Promise!

I want to begin saying that service was good & my Service Tech Jeff B. is courteous & got the job done in a timely manner. Thank you Jeff B. It's the Service Tech manager that you first speak with to set up the appointment that fails to tell you up front that you can either pay cash or check. Or the 3rd option pay with debit/credit card for an extra 3.5%. Seriously? 3.5% is ridiculous first of all & secondly you should be told up front of that. Just wanted to tell others since the company won't tell you! Have cash or check ready or prepare to get screwed on 3.5% of your total bill.

Evansville Garage Doors is Amazing! Jeff came out for my Quote and Came out the very next week for Install! Jason & Jason were my technicians and did an absolutely beautiful job! Really went above and beyond! They knew I was at work, so they sent me pictures to show me my beautiful new door. Hands down I would recommend to anyone. Professional and caring company

Our salesman, Brock, was very helpful and knowledgeable and we were impressed with his follow up. The installation of the replacement doors was a huge improvement for our home and went smoothly thanks to the skill of installers Will and Slo.
