We ordered shutters (have ordered with them before). Because of Covid and a challenged workforce, we realize it takes longer to get things in. There's a man who answered the phone when I called to find out about my shutters that was extremely rude on the phone and talked over everything I tried to say. I wasn't calling to complain that my shutters were not in yet, just checking to see if he knew about when they might be in, but he went off on a sermon to me about the labor force, literally shouting at me, not listening to anything I was trying to say.
This will be the last time I order from them because of his lack of professionalism and downright bad manners and discourtesy. He should not be allowed to represent Benthall Brothers, even if he is a Benthall!

I love Benthall Bros. The price and quality of the replacement windows they sold me far exceeded anything from top brands available to the general public. The beautiful windows beautified a house I should have seen before buying. The kindness of the personnel and their patience and expertise were exceptional. I am now recommendation Benthal Bros. to other people wanting quality windows. The installation was a breeze and the house has all new windows including the picture window. I will be back for more great products.

Takes forever to get your window order right. Should give a discount for messing up order and having to take FOREVER to get them back to you. Have messed up multiple orders! If I hadn't had ordered my other windows from them and wanted them to match, I'd go somewhere else! Not very good customer service either.
