They doubled their price on a lumber package a month from initial quote but then delivered 2 months later after billing when lumber prices had fallen back to the initial time of quote. Ordered 5k of doors through the GC and they never delivered them. After calling several times to ask where the missing doors were they said they'd get back to me but never did.
They misread the plans for the lumber package and did not correctly design the trusses which was uncorrectable once completed, so I was stuck with an open staircase of treads I could not install. I ordered a door package through them for 4 units and about half dozen doors had the wrong swing, they were just 4x of the same door.

The three kind gentlemen that delivered my cabinets did more than I could ask for! They followed all instruction, were very gentle with my cabinets, and even helped me move furniture to make room, all in a timely manner! If I had to recommend a place to get cabinets, I'd send them right to Kight in a heartbeat!

Decent prices on lumber and related items but they need to revert the brand back to the parent Carter Lumber. There is no "Home Center" aspect about it. There is no electrical/plumbing, garden, hardware/tools, or door and window display or showroom. It's a lumber yard plain and simple. And the location is absolutely horrible unless you have a 4x4 and really enjoy mudding.

The absolute WORST customer service! I've been trying to order windows and doors for over a month. The first person I worked with would never return my calls/emails, only to find out they were just working out their two week notice. The person that replaced them is just as bad. Emailed twice and left a couple voicemails last week, still nothing. Save yourself time and just skip this place. I'll be taking my business to someone who actually wants it.
