Sadly, part of living in San Francisco is rampant car window break-ins. Getting my window fixed quickly and with OEM glass was a top priority and JSL surpassed my expectations on professionalism, price and speed. They were able to get the glass even faster than my dealer and at a reasonable price that my insurance would approve. The installer (Angel?) was on time and went above and beyond trying to get every piece of glass out of the door so that nothing would rattle.

He also was very knowledgeable about my car and methodical in taking my car door apart and installing the glass expertly. While I never hope to use RSL again, I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Very impressive they met us at the gsr casino in Reno. They were done in 20 minutes replacing a windshield on a lifted truck very happy with the results will be using these guys again! Ps: I was scheduled out a week our flight was cancelled so I called again and tried to get it earlier they booked me for the next day.

They put a scratch on my dash but claim that they didn't. They guy was training the other guy and on that side the weather strip or whatever you call it inside the windshield is twisted. Don't recommend them. Wish I could post pictures.

I was referred by state farm to this place. I was told that they will call me back. I waited hours and no one called. I called the number and I was able to talk to a guy who is nice. He told me that someone from scheduling department will call me back. No one is calling so I decided to call again for the 2nd time, a very rude lady answered the phone she said there is no scheduling right now.

Okay I know its about 5pm but because I waited for the return call. Also, if you don't want to work on Saturday remove it on your posted schedule! What a waste of time! The only company that answered my call on a Sunday! I had an emergency window replacement, came out the next day & fixed it! Very reasonable, efficient, and great customer service. Highly recommend them!

This place is the bomb. the phone support is informational, practical and efficient. the technicians arrive on time, are cheerful and professional to a tee. the price is amazing. this company gives us all a reason to support and patronize small businesses. the back bone of our economy.

When getting the car ready for the install they used a rubber mallet to hammer off the fasteners on the windshield wipers instead of using a windshield wiper puller tool like every other windshield installer. Then they ordered the wrong windshield and said they got the wrong part number from the dealership. The technician noticed that it was wrong after he had already taken out the cracked windshield leaving the car unsaleable until a new one is installed.

He said that he would be back in 30 minutes with the right one but when he came back, he came with a lesser value windshield without consulting me. I noticed that it was wrong windshield and told them I would not accept that piece of glass because I paid for a higher quality glass. The following day when the right windshield is supposed to be installed they called the morning of the install to inform me that they had order the wrong windshield once again.

Kenzie was wonderful with dealing with my insurance company (State Farm) to have my windshield replaced. She special ordered the windshield from MINI and went above and beyond in getting the moulding replaced also. The technicians were wonderful.on time, courteous, efficient.

JSL replaced the rear window on my Honda Odyssey last week. Spoke with Kim to setup the appointment. Got a phone reminder the day before to confirm. Angel and another installer showed up on time and did an excellent job. It was quick and clean. They even removed a sticker from the broken window and put it on the new one. :

The JSL folks were wonderful in repairing my smashed window! I was under time constraints (leaving on a road trip the following day) and the wrong glass had been ordered, but the JSL folks got the correct glass and returned in the evening to replace the window. They vacuumed, were courteous (wearing masks during the COVID-19 pandemic), and I even got a followup text from a dispatcher ensuring that everything was taken care of. Finally, they worked directly with my insurance, so I didn't have to deal with billing! Can't recommend enough. Thanks!

So, the technician arrived today (On Time). He followed instructions and I escorted him down to my vehicle. He called 45 minutes later and announced the work to be done. Work was clean, window was clean and new. All perfect, without incident. Thanks to Angel Q. for his "can do" attitude and for making an otherwise daunting experience simply pleasant. This was an insurance replacement for a rock that hit our windshield. The scheduling and follow up were really convenient. They came to our house and they were so quiet I didn't notice them working. They knocked on the door and told me to my surprise that we were all set and gave me the receipt! They also cleaned our car after so the car was in a better state than we left it in the morning! I couldn't be happier.

Victim of a smash and grab in Santa Clara, and I commute in from the Tri-Valley. I called in and they immediately ordered the new window and visor glass - Shawn was out the next day and fixed it in less than an hour - coming to my work to do it. They took care of all the paperwork with my insurance on their end - I just had to sign the invoice. Tinting matched perfectly and window works and looks great. Hopefully, I won't have to use them again - but if I do need auto glass in the future, they'd be the first ones whom I would call.

Someone broke into my car over the holiday weekend and smashed a window. I called JSL and they were able to book me the next day. They finished the job in about 30 minutes and even vacuumed and disposed of the plastic bag cover i had over the window. Would highly recommend these guys. They're fast and very professional!

My insurance company recommeded JSL after my car got broken into. JSL arrived at my home 2 days later, vacuumed all of the glass from my car and the door panel (the guy even picked out my son's tiny lego pieces from all the chaos [every parent knows how much of a pain that could be]) and got everything done in less than an hour. As a result, i had a clean looking interior and a brand new window. I am a very satisfied customer and would definitely recommend this place!

I had a great experience with these guys! One of the joys of living in San Francisco is expecting your car to get broken into at least once a year, at least where I live. The day after a break in occurred, I called JSL and they were able to squeeze me into an already booked day. It was such a relief to have them come to me, versus me driving around the city with a busted up window.

It was well worth paying about $35 more than going to a brick and mortar place, and JSL's quote was considerably cheaper than another mobile window repair service. On top of it all, they vacuumed my car really well and put everything back (it was still kind of a mess from being completely rifled through). They came and went in about 30 mins- speedy! I will definitely recommend these guys to anyone who befalls the misfortune of needing a window repaired.

I had the, unfortunate, need to use their services once again and I received the same exemplary service as the first time. They also still had the $25-off your insurance deductible on their website so make sure to take advantage of that if need be.

Was bummed out about my car window getting smashed and these guys made it all better. Insurance had forwarded my info to them after hours and they called me promptly the next morning and set up a same-day appointment for mobile service. The window for my car needed to be custom ordered and they still did same day service. Angel and another installer came to my house and did everything in 30 minutes (cleaned up broken glass, put in new window). They did a great job!
