We have been trying to get them to come out to do some warrant work on the siding they installed. For over six months. Have been calling them. Started email so I have proof that they are not responding, our making any effort to take care of the problem

DeBell replaced 8 windows for me. Quality windows all the way around. I am in LOVE with these new windows! They keep my energy bill down due to the double pane, and tinted, and I'll likely recoup my investment in a few years. The service, sales, install.all 10 star treatment!

Owners Melissa and Bill and Roger (Sales) and install crew were very helpful with us regarding selection, pricing, just all aspects of the new windows. We purchased 8 windows. They are all double pane AND tinted windows, and we are looking forward to decreased energy expenditures for ALL SEASONS! It's gonna be awesome!

Here in Fernley we get some awful winds and dust was just seeping through our old windows (circa 1997 windows) so we REALLY DO appreciate DeBell for their awesome product! These windows also come with not only a life-time warranty, but the warranty transfers to the next owner of this property if we decide to up and move someday. These windows are the best thing I've EVER had done to my house. THANK YOU DEBELL!

DaBell home improvement center installed windows and a sliding glass door in our home. They surpassed our expectations by far. The installers Rusty and Henry truly did an incredible job. My father worked in construction for many years;when he pulled up to see our new windows he was astounded. Thank you DaBell for having such high-quality windows. I never worked with this company. They called me to quote 5 of my windows in my home to possibly apply for grants due to my windows no longer being sealed. I made the appt for the free consultation for the next day and made sure I was home. The company no called/no showed me. And has yet to reach back out to either apologize or reschedule. I will no longer be using this company. Poor business - especially right off the bat.

I just had a man come for a scheduled quote to replace a front residental door. The literal 1st words out of his mouth were, "you should use Home Depot, we don't sell doors less than $5000" didnt ask me my budget or try to sell me anything. Really awful salesman who didnt want to do his job. Is this how you guys treat every person? What a terrible way to have your business represented.

I own multiple homes on the same street that need new doors and windows and thats the service you provide!? Disgraceful, embarrassing and shameful! Great 1st impression Debell! What a joke!

STAY AWAY the owner is so rude I thought he was a homeless man in front of his store as I was walking in. Was no help whatsoever and when I said I wanted to see what he had in French Doors he said he didn't have anything to show me, I thought they were a window and door company since that's what they advertise, waste of my time

Proficient work by experts. My windows are lovely, & to my delight, I can no longer hear the freeway @ night. I especially appreciate the caution & care taken while using ladders in my flower beds. I would recommend DeBell to anyone. Thank you.

Need a new living room window.called around and then called DeBell. Spoke with Melissa, the owner and couldn't of found a nicer more informative' response to my question. She was able to educate and let me k ow exactly what I need to do and even offered up several places to call that would help me. We purchased windows for our home and they are beautiful. The crew showed up in a timely manner to Yerington. The were extremely professional, polite and neat. They installed 8 windows and you wouldn't even know they were here! I expected it to take most of the day, but in all honesty, they were done in about 5hrs. It was very clear to me the crew knew their stuff. Cudos to Debelle windows and their staff.

We love our new windows. They installers did an awesome job. When they were done everything was clean.

I wanted to replace all the windows in my home because the old ones were just letting in so much cold air in the winter and cooking me out in the summer and DeBells was definitely the right choice for me. They are honest, fair, and such great people to work with. They got my windows installed as soon as they came off that truck and I couldn't be more excited about how they came out. I absolutely love them. I will absolutely being going through DeBells again for my next project! Thank you so much for all your hard work guys

We are so thrilled with how our new windows make our condo so beautiful! Melissa and Bill D'Andrea came to our condo and did a presentation. They showed us the options and recommendations for which windows would be the best for our changing weather in Incline Village. They had great advice for us! When it was time for the installation, the foreman Ahko and his crew were thorough and so professional!

They even took extra care to make sure our cat Fergus was not disturbed or frightened. We had 27 windows replaced and the job was completed in 2 and 1/2 days. One of those days, we had a snow storm, and they continued to work through it. The finished product is gorgeous, and we already notice that the new windows make a difference in the temperature of the condo as the days are getting colder. Love our windows, they are of superior quality as well as their customer service. The installers were super professional. A great company that backs their products and service.

Ana and Dannyn came out when it was time for me to upgrade to new windows and a roof. They explained everything thoroughly, took their time and were professional. Because the roof and windows are being done as a bundle I also received a substantial discount. I'm happy with everything and Dannyn and Ana made it even easier and stress free.

A canvasser for Debell noticed I had older windows, asked me if i was interested in installing new ones? He was very polite and respectful. That is hard to find in young people today. I said yes so they followed up within an hour and made an appt. For the next morning. Dannyn was on time and very clean cut and polite. He explained everything throughly and was very knowledgeable. Even though I didn't buy anything that day. And even though he tried very hard. He was not upset or rude. Thank you Dannyn!

Rudest customer service by far. Normally I don't complain, however, today I called this company to get an estimate on replacing a window for my mother's home. The guy says to me in a rude tone of voice, when you want an estimate let me know when your husband is around so I can explain it to you clearly. WOW!.You all know what I was thinking however, I said for your 411, as a female I am pretty capable of measuring window. This company has lost my business and all recommended referrals.

Visited the showroom very helpful; set-up an in-house visit from salesperson, very knowledgeable; we had triple panel windows installed in March 2018 and September 2018; Installation only took one day on both installed dates. Windows keeps out street noise and are energy efficient.

Oh DeBell, for all the horn tooting you did, you have yet to deliver on the quality you bragged sooo much about. Our first set of doors arrived Jan 1st damaged, with a big chunk missing on the inside of one door, and the paint chipping, flaking, and peeling. Ok, things happen, we aren't unreasonable people.second set arrives with another substandard paint job but at least there were no chunks missing, oh but wait, they aren't the right size and don't fit.third set arrives today, and sweet jesus they are rubbish, the frame has a split along the top, and the paint is haphazardly slapped on with roller marks, and completely missing around corners. I'm going to go out on a limb and say when the 4th set arrives they will also be rubbish.

There is a reason their doors cost a medium sized fortune, and it's not stellar quality, it's to pay for all the wasted doors they go through to get it right. Of course we have yet to see if they can get it right. I'm a firm believer in you get what you pay for, but this has felt like nothing more than a scam. I would never recommend DeBell to anyone I know.

I've been researching best brand of windows to replace in our home. I called DeBell an they sale Alside windows. They were honest about cost and very knowledgeable about process of replacing several windows an time involved. From ordering an have windows installed.

The people in the showroom give this cool dmo on how Windows evolved and why that's important. It was very cool and informative. The window options were very nice with the Green Energy Barrier for my attic and the Triple Panes the investment was worth it. They know how to do it the right way so it last and make you feel good about it.

Wow - just reading the reviews here - I should've looked first before calling! Yikes. I just received a call from someone at DeBell and I got the same run around as others, "Your husband will need to be there for the quote." When I informed him that my husband doesn't actually care to make any of these types of decisions (we have a contracting company - so we are not uninformed buyers) and that I (the wife) have made all of the remodeling decisions and payments myself, he was stunned - as if a woman could even do such a thing!

How LAME. Buddy - this is 2019! Anyway - won't be using them. It appears that the ONLY reason they have slightly more than one star, is because an employee rated them 5 stars - also lame. This company might want to rethink their business strategy!

Horrible customer service. My mom's window broke, structurally in the frame, and was literally blowing into the room. Called and they had nothing to say other than "we don't manufacture those, we don't have anyone to service, you'll have to call the manufacturer". fundamentally of no help whatsoever.

Update: About 3 weeks ago my husband received a phone call from a DeBell tech stating he was on the way but running a few minutes late. We had NO APPOINTMENT scheduled with DeBell on that day. This was the first time being contacted from the company in MONTHS! My husband told the tech not to come, considering he was out of town that day for a business trip, and advised the tech to have the office call us to schedule an appropriate appointment. WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR A CALL!

Worst customer service in town. Poor communication with in the office. They make excuses for their poor decisions and actions.

I work at Debell as the office manager front DeBell home Improvement. i have to say i love this place its so great to be appreciated and the customers are great they are like family and they really appreciate the care they get and fine details to their windows and installation of the windows vinyl siding and ext doors, I get such great feed back it feels good to finally work somewhere i am passionate about and know that we are caring for our clients needs its a big change from past employers it feels great to help people and be rewarded with so much thanks. casey c

The actual price quote for my window replacement was a multiple of the low prices Debell advertises in their extensive newspaper advertising. After doing a little research I discovered that I could replace my existing windows (with Anderson windows) at less than half of Debell's price. Debell does a very slick rehearsed presentation in the home using window samples and what I thought was a somewhat gimmicky heat lamp set up.

The presentation is followed by the standard high pressure sales tactic of "buy now or lose the special price discounts available only if you sign our contract now". Customer reluctance is followed by a modest price reduction and further attempts at persuasion to buy immediately. Debell's windows appear to be a superior well-constructed heavy duty highly durable product, but the very substantial increment in cost over other excellent products such as Anderson is not justifiable based on my research on window replacement options and costs.

No stars. I called to make an appointment for a siding bid at my home. I was asked if my "husband" would be there for the appointment! I informed them I do not have a husband and even if I did, this is my damn house and I pay the bills/mortgage/upkeep. WHen the man (apparently the owner) showed up, he asked many personal questions about my credit score, what I owed on the home, etc.

His bid consisted of this: "It won't be $20,000.00." I never did receive a bid. I did receive many follow up calls. I finally told them to stop calling. Interesting fact: this company did the same thing to a relative of mine in the early 90s (the asking about the husband). HI, DEBELL: It is not the 50s. Additionally, they won't repair siding they have to re-do the whole thing

Run away from this company. Installers complained the entire time about how they were being ripped off by the owner and said they were quitting. Had 3 windows installed and they leaked more than the ones I had replaced. Manager was condescending and threatening on the phone. Worst customer service I have ever seen by any company. Lots of water damage now due to their windows. I will be submitting a complaint with the BBB to try to get some restitution.

Absolute disreputable business. Spent over $10,000 on new triple pane windows a number of years back only now to find that they were installed completely wrong and not to industry standards. To make matters worse their install procedure voided the 50 year warranty on the windows. I have stopped by twice and left numerous messages for the owner/manager, Bill D'Andrea, and he won't return my call. Run away from this business, all they want to do is collect your money and then screw you.

We had all of the windows in our home replaced with DeBell windows in 2008. We have never need to call for additional service or repair. The installers were professional, quick and polite. The took the time to explain the features of the windows and made sure we were completely satisfied before leaving the job site. In addition, our energy costs were greatly reduced after the installation of the windows. We were extremely pleased with the product and with DeBell's service.

Just plain disappointing. I tried to stopped in here three years ago when I needed to replace the original windows in the old house. But all the signs said open and all the doors were locked at 10:30 in the morning. On a Friday afternoon I returned to see about a new slider for my patio, again it was difficult to find an open door. Finally an employee came out and ask if I needed help. Yes, I'm trying to come in and check on a replacement patio slider.

He was condescending- he acted like I couldn't afford his "high end" windows and suggested I check out Home Depot. My mom, brother and sister in law all work for a window company in the Midwest, I guess I asked too many knowledgeable questions for him. And he didn't seem to want to deal with my HOA. Nope, won't be giving them a third chance. By the way, I did use Home Depot last time and they did a great job. Heading back there today to get my slider there.

The customer service is terrible, their prices outrageous, follow through is impossible and even with a 50 year warranty they will not replace my windows.

Never ever buy windows or anything else from this company. Once they get your money, good luck EVER getting anything fixed. You get tons if promises and NO action. If I could give 0 stars I most definitely would. I also turned them into BBB. Michele R
