Whether your door is brand new or it has been around for a long time, preventive maintenance is the key to keeping your revolving door operating safely and efficiently. As part of our standard Service Program we inspect, lubricate and adjust the revolving door hardware, as needed, on each entrance every three months and issue a Certificate of Inspection. Weather Stripping (tops, bottoms and sides) is changed annually. We can also customize our Service Program to meet your specific maintenance needs.
We carry a large inventory of Weather Stripping in stock, which allows us to take care of your revolving door weather stripping needs quickly. The revolving door is the most efficient method of controlling stack pressure and reducing heating and cooling costs; but only if the weather stripping is sealing properly.
