Nearly 12 years ago, we called VinylTech for an estimate on a roof. They came and told us to ignore the other estimates and that our shingles still had quite a bit of life in them. and to call them back in ten years. Lol. Well, here we are. We not only desired a full roof replacement, but wanted to replace gutters, wrap soffits and fascia, add attic ventillation and cover our 1970's cedar siding with vinyl.
It was our biggest job to date as homeowners and we did not even know where to start. After many hours of sales pitches and estimates from other vendors, we were confident with our choice in VinylTech. Ryan answered every question, every email and walked us through every step of the way. The financing was simple and we could not be happier. The work crews sent out were equally friendly and professional and took the time to walk us through our questions.

I hired VinylTech for replacement of both my siding and roofing. Gary and Ryan did a fantastic job. They were thorough from start to finish - regularly provided me with project updates, worked well with my insurance, addressed all of my concerns, and ensured the job was done right and completed when expected. SIDING SIDING SIDING. This is the main reason I contacted this company. The gutters and windows was a great addition. Kristian with a K was the lead sales man, competent, informative, patient, and never pushy. Ken was equally helpful. Anyone that can sit in my living room, as kids were all over the place, keep their cool, and present their info, has huge checks in my estimation. John, Roman and Mark show up every morning at 7, and work as a well oiled machine, getting the job done efficiently.
Why did I choose Vinyl Tech.obviously the price was huge, but more than that, the gut feeling one gets when the right choice is sitting right in front of you. I have used Gary Mitchell's services since day one and have NEVER looked back. I owned two houses that Gary and his team performed work on. Gary is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and shares all costs with you. His customer service is top notch! Let me clarify on that. Gary is ALWAYS available and a phone call away. He cares about not only you, but the quality of service you receive and makes sure that you are 150% satisfied with the work that is performed before payment is even accepted. I can't say enough good things about Gary Mitchell and VinylTech. We had extensive hail damage to our siding and roof, and our house has many (many. oh so many) windows, all of which needed to be replaced (due to the age of the windows). So, a LOT of work, and very stressful to try to find a trustworthy company, there are a lot of "storm-chaser" companies out there, so I was very concerned about finding someone trustworthy. But, once I met with Gary from VinylTech, I knew we had found our company.
He is knowledgeable and very thorough, and made us feel at ease. He led us through every step of the process and made a stressful situation easy, and the crews that came to our house to complete the work were also wonderful. They were on time every day, considerate of us and our house, and the work performed was impeccable. Gary himself stopped by several times as work was in progress, just to check in and make sure we were ok and happy and that the work was going well.
Our house looks brand-new again! We couldn't be happier, and even after the work was completed, Gary stayed in touch to make sure everything was perfect, and even to this day (they did our house over a year ago), Gary still makes himself available to us. A co-worker referred me to Gary at VinylTech after he had some windows replaced. The ordering process was very straightforward, he had an example window and answered all of my questions. Once the windows were built (nearby in Chicago) they were installed shortly after. The team showed up and replaced all 10 of the windows in one day. Gary was great to work with and kept me informed whenever I had a question pop up. Cant wait to get new gutters from them for the next project.

We desperately needed a new sliding glass door, but honestly were concerned about cost, ease of the project and overall a good fit as it was a replacement. We contacted Gary Mitchell from Vinyltech and he made the process so easy.they measured, ordered the door and had a decent February day for the install. Install was a breeze, the crew was efficient and had it installed and cleaned up in no time.
The door itself is excellent quality, it slides easily and has all the extra features we wanted.floor lock, panes/grid and very nice handle. We are really pleased with the door and our whole experience.

I hired Vinyl Tech first on a roof replacement insurance claim project. They worked extremely well with the adjuster and were able to get the project approved! They completed the job in one day and did an amazing job from start to finish including cleanup! I could not have been happier. In addition, a short while after the roof was replaced, I hired them to replace my (original low quality builder grade) kitchen patio door. Again, they did an amazing job arriving and finishing on schedule installing a HIGH QUALITY patio door that has made a huge difference in temperature control in the kitchen. Thank you Vinyl Tech!

The company sent out a representative named Ryan Dewey, who was very easy to work with. Ryan explained the claim process and walked us through the steps required by the insurance company. Ryan met with the insurance adjuster at our home, and a couple of weeks later we received our claim. We were very pleased with Vinyltech and their professionalism, and our house looks brand new. I would recommend this company to anyone needing this kind of work done on their home or business.
