Well Covered Window Wells

I was excited to get an appointment within a reasonable timeframe but then that's when it went downhill. I received a call that they could make it sooner. I waited and noticed a van pull up. I began getting ready to answer the door but no one rang the bell and off the van left. A card was left in my door and I called the number immediately. The person indicated he would find out why they left but insisted they would have rang the bell. Well, they didn't!

He also indicated maybe I had covers so they saw them and left because they don't remove those. Ok I wasn't told that when I made appointment but even so, one didn't have a cover and the other had a non connected plastic top my 10 year old can remove. No call back was ever made to me. No follow through speaks volumes.

Great job, have reasonable prices, high quality covers that fit perfectly, and they cleaned up around the wells too! They came early then the scheduled time, which we didn't mind at all! Overall really impressed with this company!

Moved into my house a couple of months ago. Can't believe that in the 25 years that the house has existed no one bothered to put window well covers on. Saw Well Covered Window Wells, Inc in the clipper magazine. I emailed them a request for an estimate and had the estimate within a couple of hours. Was scheduled for Monday, October 7. Yesterday I got an email asking if they could come today.

That was great. Oscar showed up and immediately went to work. After he installed the covers he cleaned everything up. I am very happy with the work and they look great. They are far better than those flimsy plastic things they sell at the big box stores. If you are looking for window well covers, give this company a call. You can't go wrong.

Called and spoke to someone last week and the job was completed within seven days. The company came out the day they promised and cleaned out the window well and left the bags and old window well for us to dispose of. Really happy with the company, would buy from again. (Service from 2014, window we'll cover still looks great!)

We used Well Covered Window Wells this past summer based on a recommendation from a neighbor on Next Door and have been very happy with them. They came out to complete the work in a timely manner, measured everything to make sure it was the right fit, explained everything to us and were professional in installation. Our covers are on wells that are in a patio so it was important that strength and safety be addressed since it is possible that children would run over/across them rather than going around.

We also wanted them well-secured with latches to prevent them from lifting them. We are pleased to report that we have stood on them, walked over them and had the kids outside playing without any issue. The pricing was reasonable based on other quotes and overall, we had a great experience.
