I have 2 sets of 3 windows that gradually slope down from the top. I talked to Erin who said they could do shades for them. She said they could certainly do that. Erin and Aidan came out the next day to go over all my options. I appreciated them asking questions and answering mine so they had a very good idea of what I wanted. They showed me a few options and I picked one that I felt very good about. However, told Erin i was only going to do 1 set of threhich was the most important to me.

When she gave me the price for that set, I immediately asked her to add the second set of windows. Pricing was so good! Installation was 2 weeks later and I LOVE them. Highly recommend Blind Butler in Vacaville.

I have to say "The Blind Butler Rocks". They are an amazing first rate, family owned business that does it all without cutting corners. We had shutters installed in our living and dining rooms and it has transformed the entire look of the home. We love it! They are extremely professional and courteous from the first quote down to the install. The owner Chad is very knowledgeable about all of the products he sells as well as offering great suggestions.

He has a fantastic eye! The installers were extremely competent and even when they encountered an issue with our windows ( it's an older home and the windows were not squared) they didn't settle for "that's the best we can do, not our fault your windows aren't squared". They stayed and worked at it until they were able to fit them perfectly. That is a work ethic that is rare to find these days.

Take my advice, if you're looking for professional service, a great selection, great prices and a company that doesn't cut corners and actually cares about the customer, look no further, The Blind Butler should be your first and last call.

My experience with The Blind Butler was 100% positive! The appointment for consultation was right on time, high marks for punctuality. Chad is very knowledgeable and had excellent recommendations that suited our home very well. So glad I went with his suggestion to install vertical privacy blinds on the sliding glass door in the family room, it's stunning! I am so impressed with The Blind Butler's customer service standards! We weren't sure exactly what I wanted but Chad was sure to take his time with us. He made very helpful suggestions while keeping in mind our vision along with our budget. We landed on cordless blinds for all of our windows and couldn't be happier! Absolutely the best. We had to replace shutters on a patio door. From start to finish, these guys were incredible. They were so kind and pointed out, upon removal of the old shutters, that the trim was badly damaged. We had the trim replaced and then Blind Butler came back for the install. We had blinds installed a few months ago and they did a great job. So we had a patio cover installed, and we love it. Installation was quick and they did a wonderful job.

Blind Butler got me dialed in window shutters, and outdoor patio cover plus added lights electrical and tv installation turn key process.

It had to have been a miracle to have found the blind butler. I got a quote from multiple businesses and the blind butler was BY FAR the most affordable and what makes it even better is the quality of work and the shutters is amazing! The owner is very personable and helpful; you can tell he cares about making your home look nice instead of just trying to make a quick buck! The team sent to my home were awesome, had great conversation and were not only on time but early which I loved! My home looks even better now. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

What a great company! I messaged them if I can get a quote. Chad called me next morning and he even stopped by to measure and gave us a quote same day. He is such a nice and funny guy. We enjoyed having him. And we ordered shutters and they came to install. Technicians were great guys too. They were very professional and have a great personality. We love our new look! If you are looking for window coverings, go no further. The Blind Butler has great people to work with! Chad is the owner and a fabulous guy. The products are great and he put new shutters throughout our house. We love the job they did. Great prices too. They also installed a awning over my Mom's cottage in the back. I would recommend they people 100%!

We met Chad at a home show and got along great with him. He was very personable, knowledgeable and professional. He showed and up on time and quickly measured our windows for shutters. Within about one month they arrived and were installed by a great team he has. I will be ordering more shutters for our kitchen shortly and would definitely recommend Chad and his team from The Blind Butler!

It was about five years ago I needed some new blinds for my house I called several different places and Chad the owner of the Blind Butler was the friendliest most helpful and knowledgeable. They came out gave me an estimate, days later I had new blinds. Well it hasn't stopped there. I got new shutters for my sliders that look amazing. Recently I got new blinds for my business.

Once again, supporting local businesses pays off! After being burned by one of the national "budget" blind chains last year, I sought out Blind Butler to finish the rest of my house with plantation style blinds. I couldn't be happier with the professionalism and attention to detail from Chad and his staff. Our consultation visit was detailed and not rushed at all.

They made sure all measurements were accurate and that we got exactly the product we were looking for. Walked us through tons of options without pushing or up-selling products we don't need. Blind Butler went above and beyond by offering to clean our 14' high windows during installation (few people have ladders to achieve this), hauling away our old blinds at no charge, and even correcting some of the poor workmanship of the prior installer I used last year.

Blind Butler is also a licensed retailer and installer of Sunsetter outdoor awnings, which I plan on having them do soon. Extremely positive customer experience. Highly recommend Blind Butler!
