The lack of construction experience, product knowledge and attention to detail with the salesperson has resulted in a costly, unusable delivery of interior doors. Any good door salesperson would take suggest the correct sizing based on door locations. This did not happen. While I have been remodeling homes for many years, I am not a door or window expert and don't claim to be.
Problem is, neither is Sierra Padre! My rep suggested 3' wide passage doors for bedrooms and bathrooms. This is not standard and doesn't look right. I was I'll-advised by the inexperienced salesperson and they refuse to acknowledge any responsibility for the useless doors currently sitting in my garage. Furthermore, you will need to have many people on hand to take delivery as the company merely arranges for a driver to bring your new pre hung doors "shipped with the decorative hinges already installed" to the location. Unloading of the unpainted doors, with hinges attached is the clients responsibility!
