I called this business 3 times needing someone to come out and take a look a two upstairs bedroom windows that need repair. The secretary there on all three times I called stated to me she gave the owner my phone number to call me. The owner never did return my call or leave a message on our answering machine. I finally found a company in Temecula, Ca. who will come and take a look at the issue I have. What POOR customer service not to at least call. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS!
