Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality They rescheduled last minute and then just didnt show up to the rescheduled appointment. Dont waste your time

I've had roofing, complete house tile & carpet, heating and air, windows & plumbing done. I have to say that with all the contractors & sales people I've come into contact with & spoken to in the last 3 months the only company to get a complete five star rating is Action Windows. Their customer service is the best. The work ethics of the guys putting my windows is is top notch.

Careful & respectful plus clean up is complete. I only purchased sliders but when the time is right they will be the ones I call for 9 more windows . Thank you to the whole team!

I used Action Window and Door twice - once to replace the windows and sliding doors on my home then for a replacement of a sliding door on another property. From the sales person to the installers, all very professional. This company really makes an effort to please their customer with attractive pricing and quality service which is reason I used them a second time.

I did have a couple of problems arise (outside of Action's control) and I was impressed with the quick response and that Action took ownership of the problems. Highly recommended and I would definitely use them for future projects.

Everyone was very professional and polite. Great communication from sales person Nate and operations manager Melisa. Installers arrived on time all three days. Windows were installed with clean finishes. Window to door modification was a lot of work and they finished in 3 days. The drywall, door frame, and stucco matches existing. Only area for improvement would be the communication of the work to be done for the door modification.

I didn't who was in charge of it and had to explain it to multiple people. This resulted in the outside light fixture not being shifted over initially but was fixed immediately the next day.

Nathan was our salesman. He was a great consultant and had may good recommendations. The installation went well, all within a single day. Everything looks great and ship shape. Nathan even came by to look it over. We had a great experience.

Action Windows were great. We were installing four windows in our home. Nathan was very helpful in communicating throughout the process. The scheduling and installation went very quick and the Simeon windows they use look really professional. Action also gave us the best quote the FIRST time. Very straightforward company. Great for our rehab project. Would recommend.

Your Staff provided excellent Customer Service. Melisa coordinated the job helping me through the process from picking hardware to scheduling. Benjerman, Installed my French Doors & do an excellent job making sure every was perfect. Comrade painted & do touchup where required & do an excellent job. All were very knowledgeable & Professional.

I had two slider doors and two windows replaced in our home. Action installed Simonton Daylight Max windows and sliders, which are excellent. But they forgot to seal an entire side of one of the doors, and the screen on one of the sliders was not installed correctly. I emailed Teresa Gill and Nathan Scheid about the issue. Nathan never responded and Teresa said she'd send someone out the following Thursday.

Then she told me that she wasn't sure they'd be able to come out and that they'd reschedule. Well it's a week later and nothing! I even emailed both her and Nathan and no response from either. I was planning to eventually replace all of our windows and would love to use these folks, but unless they resolve this issue soon they will lose a customer.

This is unacceptable! We paid a lot of money for these doors/windows and they should have been installed properly. And now they owe me a starbucks card for writing this review. I'd rather have my doors installed properly!

I had my windows replaced this week by Action Window & Door The windows are awesome and the experience was very easy. The men that did the installation were very professional and helpful. I was unable to remove my blinds on my own, and they were happy to help and even re-installed the hardware when they were finished. The whole complex was done in 3 days and the transformation of our building is amazing. The crew was great and cleaned up everything. I would recommend Action to anyone looking to do a upgrade on their property. Thanks so much.
