The most beautiful well made garage doors. True quality. We met with three other companies and Heritage was the best as far as quality. Our door are stunning and the hard ware is solid not stick on. They are so quite and we loved our Rep. Mark and our installer Albert.

Update: I really appreciate receiving a response to my negative review from the General Manager highlighting proactive actions that have been taken to improve their service and educate their technician. I can not provide an actual review of the company final product as I had the work done by another company at a more reasonable lower price. When a company takes action on a negative review to improve, I feel that warrants an update to my original review. Heritage was very quick to respond to my initial phone call sending out a technician that same day so with that said. I changed my star rating to 3 stars.

Scott Gill did a great job and tried to offer price breaks as available. I did have an issue the evening after the installation, I called customer service and left a message. I never received a return call and I was able to get it to start working again. I hope I never have another problem. It is working good and much smoother and quieter than the old unit.

I have had the opportunity to have had the services of Heritage Garage Door from my purchase of my automatic door many years ago. In the meantime I have had maintenance done as well. This past January when my door wouldn't open I called to leave a message on a Sunday and received an answer back! They repaired the issue in a timely manner and brought to my attention that the "battery" was in end stages.

I had them replace it and when the power went out last month i was happy I had been notified as I was able to open the door during the outage. I have referred other people to them because of my satisfaction.

Heritage Garage Door gets 5 stars from me. They gave me a great price, delivered and installed my door when they said they would. And the quality of the door is above and beyond what I expected.

The guys were very polite and respectful, they treated my wife and all her questions with a desire to please. Thank you for making this such a positive experience for all involved!

Gentleman can out, very pleasant and professional. After evaluating the problem he gave us an estimate of 1,400$ to repair as well as a 39 $ service fee After deciding that we wanted a " second opinion" he left I called another gentleman to come give me a " free estimate " After evaluating the problem, he fixed my door in 10 minutes, using no parts!

He charged me 120$ and thanked me for my business! First time I can remember saving that much money on a repair I would never, ever recommend this company Scam artists Beware

Heritage rep. came to our house and provided samples. Listened to what we were looking for and was very helpful in our selection. We love our new garage door! Door came in early and install was timely and seamless!

Heritage is a company that I now trust based on the experience I had with them. Quick context setting. When I purchased my home, I obtained a home warranty with American Home Shield. Under which I had a garage door opener issue. They sent one of their partners (not Heritage) to replace it. I soon realized that they'd basically replaced the product I had with something MUCH less expensive w/ less security. Nevertheless, when I had an issue years later, I decided to give them a call.

The tech told me that I would need to replace all of the door hardware & was looking to charge me >$1,300. I called Heritage (while the other tech was still onsite), spoke to the owner who (in addition to being a super nice guy) confirmed that despite the COVID supply-chain issues, the price quoted was pretty high. I made an appointment with Heritage.

The tech showed up, quickly assessed the situation, recommended a solution (no hardware needed), and fixed the problem out the door in 30 minutes for around $300. The reason for the 4 vs. 5-star rating is that I felt the price $10/minute was a little steep for labor, but nevertheless, I consider Heritage my garage door provider going forward.

Called and received amazing customer service. In what felt like a second, I had an appointment! They came out, gave me a bid and a quick lead time. They showed up on time installed the new door and finished the job. They were very conscientious about cleaning up! They were kind, professional and I would definitely recommend them, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Making the appointment was easy, giving me a quote was easy. the problem is the horrible misscomunication in witch I received no update on my door for a few weeks, the person who installed my door left screws all over my garage floor.

I thought that heritage garage door company did a very good job installing my new garage door opener. They were very courteous and fast. F after they finished they cleaned up the garage and showed me how to use the new equipment I would highly recommend them to my friends.

This is the second garage door Heritage has installed for me in 26 years. The materials and their workmanship are outstanding. If I need anything they get back to me right away. Their techs are professional and take the time to explain the work being done and I have never had any issues with their service. I highly recommend them!

The repairmen who fixed the garage door did an excellent job; I am very pleased with the work. At all times they furnished a detailed description of the necessary repairs and a clear estimate of the costs. Also they were very courteous and pleasant to deal with.

Our garage door spring broke on 2/21/22. We called Heritage and was quoted around $400 to repair. When tech got here he estimated $575 after a military % and coupon saver $30 off coupon. Felt obligated to follow through being we would have been charged a service call fee. I decided the next day to call and get an estimate for the same job in case we misunderstood the first time. Greg again quoted starting at $390 for a 7x16 standard garage door.

I then asked why we were charged $575 after $60 in discounts. After some stammering I was told about supply chain problems, heavy doors, springs costing $900 in Orange County, and various other excuses. I simply asked is the 218x2x24 springs he used for my door meant to be used on a heavier door or what? His response was, I have know idea. So I'm putting this review out as a heads up.

They tell you one price then switch it up standing in your home. Look through the other reviews on Yelp. Seems like they've operated this way awhile. Wished I would have read them all before. I do have a working garage door it was just hugely overpriced! Call DC Garage Doors for repairs, I sure will from this point on.

When our 26-year-old garage door was needing to be replaced, Heritage came out and gave us the best value in their quote. They came on the date/time they said they would. When the door had a few quirts that needed adjustment, they came RIGHT out and corrected them. Very professional. Totally recommended. A++++

To Greg who set up all the services that I will need. Who also set up the appointment, billing, etc. To the funny guy, Jay, the installer. Who did an outstanding job in fixing my garage door.

Our garage door spring broke last night, I called Heritage Garage door and left a message at 7pm. They called me back within 10 minutes and had me on the schedule for an estimate the next morning. I received a text with the appointment details, a text when the technician (James) was on his way, and a very clean and well mannered technician at my door 17 minutes later.

After a reasonable explanation of the problem with the door and a few options for fixing it, we agreed on the repair and it was completed within an hour. James even went the extra mile and helped hold a box for me while I got down one last Christmas decoration! I would highly recommend Heritage Garage Door for the 5 star experience.

Technician was professional and courteous. Correctly diagnosed and fixed the problem and had our garage door up and properly running for the first time since we've lived here! The reason for just 4 stars? Was originally scheduled for a weekday and was verbally told an hour and a half time frame for arrival, but follow up text message gave a two hour window.

No biggie, except that technician was running over an hour behind even that time frame so I called the office and had the appointment easily rescheduled for a Saturday. Again was verbally given an hour and a half window, but the text message was a two hour window.and technician ALMOST didn't make that on time again, but I had a more flexible schedule so it wasn't a huge problem. Aside from that, the service was really good and I would recommend Heritage Garage!

I contacted this company after seeing all their great reviews and they delivered! They communicated well with me the whole time. They showed up when they said they would and even let you track the tech on map to let you know how dar away he is from arriving. Technician Jay was honest and forthcoming, and did not try to have me overpay for repairs after going through all my options.

I just had 2 springs installed after my main spring broke off. It was probably done in less than 1 hour? Maybe 30 minutes or so. He also wore a face mask at all times due to the ongoing C19 pandemic and Riverside county guidelines. Would definitely recommend and use again when necessary!

Heritage Doors is one of those rare companies who exemplify a high level of ethics in product and workmanship. Their management team showed a professional concern for customer service, satisfaction and their Installers were clean, curtious and knowledgeable. Any garage door company can install a garage door but what is of utmost importance is the care you receive after the installation. I would recommend Heritage not by its product alone but by its desire to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
