We were very happy with the installation of our windows. They came when they said they would and they took exactly the time they mentioned it would take. They cleaned up after themselves and followed our request to wear booties as we had new carpet installed only a few months earlier. The crew was polite and professional. Manny Gilbert and his apprentice exceeded my glass installation expectations and Andy's Glass overall delivered as promised! Manny and his colleague replaced a massive custom-size window in our living room and they did the entire job with clean up, in less than 1.5 hours! The window looks beautiful and we could not be more grateful! Manny was very reliable, professional, fast and efficient. 5 stars Andy's Glass!

15K worth of windows. The windows fog up overnight so you can't even see out of them in the mornings, caulking was smeared everywhere on our stucco for 2 windows and there is no caulking visible on the rest of them, screens on the patio have metal rollers that sound horrible and have scratched the track, which was noted the day of installation. SOOO disappointing! I was a repeat customer from years ago when I had great service and quality. What happened?

Brian and Israel installed my shower doors they did a great job. They Were respectful of COVID-19 health and safety and wore their mask, they arrived on time, Worked efficiently and made sure the area was clean when they finished. Tried to replace the mirror myself with inexpensive glass from Lowes. Nice attempt but it failed. Andy's did a stellar job! Finally get to see this coat rack complete after 38 years in storage.

Andy's recently finished the installation of our Milgard Tuscany replacement windows. This review isn't on the materials itself, although we are extremely happy and love our new windows, it is on the installation crew that performed the work. Ralph, Manny, and Miguel B. are top notch installers, they did a great job installing and left the job site like you never even knew they were there. We LOVE our retrofit windows, and the entire experience and workers, from estimate through installation.

I'm very satisfied! Andy's was recommended to me by the tile setter who remodeled our son and daughter-in-law's bathroom we gave to them as a wedding gift for their newly purchased older home. I'm glad I read the reviews AFTER I hired them because there was a review that I thought was very bad, but I was happy because my appointment was moved up and I got the unhappy person's appointment time!

I was going to write a review right then to refute the person's review and thank them for their time slot but I thought I'd wait until the whole project was completed, hoping things wouldn't "go south" and happily it didn't! It couldn't have turned out any better! Andy's customer service gals Michelle and Skyler were very nice and professional and the gentleman who came to give my estimate as well as the gentlemen who did the installation of the frameless shower door.

They were very accommodating, I thought I would have to cancel the day of the installation but Andy's was able to help me keep my scheduled time. The shower is beautiful and my son and daughter-in-law are very pleased.

All who I came in contact with at Andy's Glass were friendly & professional. But they delivered the wrong glass after waiting two weeks. They were apologetic and reordered my glass in the correct thickness but of course we had to wait another week or so for the glass to be installed. All in all it's beautiful and we are very happy with the quality. I would still recommend this company.

For installing our frameless shower glass, the experience from the onsite estimate to the professional installation was perfect, including the shortening of the install schedule by almost 2 weeks. Installation of 2 shower enclosures was done easily in 1 day, installers worked efficiently and maintained a clean area. it was a pleasure to have Andy's Glass do this work.

All new windows in my house November 2020. Eight windows and two sliders. I love them, they are beautiful. The installers were very professional and tidy. I went with Milgard windows. Decent price. Don't waste your time with Anderson Windows unless you want to pay triple the price. They are breakout versus inserts, but still come on, way too expensive for Anderson. Now need to paint home to finish off.
