Mainstream Home Improvement did a wonderful job. They were professional and vey knowledgeable. They got us in right away. I have called so many companies trying to get estimates and repairs with no calls back or told my job wasn't big enough. Mainstream Home Improvement took the job and did fantastic work! I couldn't be happier! The entire team was so professional in every way. The team double and triple checked for nails in the yard after they pulled the old roof off and we still have yet to find any nails! As a mommy who naturally worries about her kids stepping on a nail in the yard, ive been so very happy about this! Also, our roof looks even better than we could have ever imagined! All our neighbors have been saying how great it looks, too! We definitely recommend mainstream! A+++++!

I have used Mainstream several times in the past 3 years as I was replacing all of the windows in my home, so a total of 20 windows. The prices are some of the lowest I could find. They didn't try to upsell me on things I didn't need (actually did the opposite for a couple of windows and advised me not to go with a more expensive option), the windows are good quality and make my home look more modern. but the main reason I'm writing this 5-star review is the customer service.
If you have any concerns, they are quick to address them and make sure you are fully satisfied. The installation team was fast and friendly. Two of the most recently installed windows had a couple of issues and Steve came out the next day after I emailed and was able to fix the issues on the spot. I am confident that my windows will be in this home for as long as I live in it, and then will continue to serve the next homeowner long after I have left. Special thanks to Spencer, Marci, Steve, and the whole Mainstream crew!

Selecting and ordering windows was satisfactory. The representative had good knowledge of product, worked with us to make decisions and was not pushy. The order came in prior to to the expected date. Mainstream worked closely with us to make installation fit our schedule. There were a few product flaws, after installation. Mainstream worked with the window supplier and installation crew to get things corrected. I would highly recommend to consider Mainstream as an option for replacement windows. Easy to work with and ensure you are satisfied before the job is completed.

Steve was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I would HIGHLY recommend Johnny. He is friendly, professional, experienced. He definitely measured twice, cut once. He explained what he was doing and why. He would stand and look at the house and figure how and what to do before he started. He is GREAT at his job. I highly recommend Mainstream and ask for Johnny!

We are so pleased with our new windows. Once the windows arrived, it was only a few days before we were on the schedule for installation. The installation crew led by Thad were on time, clean, well mannered and very mindful of our hardwood floors and new carpet. They laid down tarps to keep everything clean. They cleaned up after themselves once the job was complete. In addition they worked quickly and conscientiously. Our experience with Mainstream from beginning with Steve to end with Thad and crew was 5 star. Thank you to you all.

We are very pleased with the services provided by Mainstream. From the very beginning Steve was courteous and helpful. He had great ideas and was very friendly and professional. The price and quality couldn't be matched by any other company! The install was fast and very well done. We love our new windows and the follow up inspection was wonderful also. We can't recommend enough! Thank you to Mainstream for being such a great affordable company!

First, the only non 5-star comments: We ordered these windows back in September of last year (2021), and were told we'd probably have them in December or January at the latest. Well, like many things during the Pandemic, this got pushed back until much later. I received a text from our salesman, Steve, back in February that our windows had arrived, and originally were told they install windows all year long, including winter. However, the caveat was apparently it has to be above 60 degrees, which he never mentioned back in September.
We were even getting worried they'd somehow stiffed us, and were just going to take our money and run, since our finance company had already charged us the full amount. A careful review of the Better Business Bureau showed them as having an A+ rating, which lessened my fears somewhat. Still, being a worry wort and only imagining the worst, I was a little concerned. OK, now to the good stuff!
Once they did set their time up to install our windows, they arrived on time and did an awesome job. They had to do it over two days, since we had a huge bay window installed as well, which took about eight guys to maneuver. Steve mis-measured one of the windows and apologized profusely, and assured us the correct window should arrive in about five weeks.
At this point, after our initial experience with them, I'm not too concerned. We also decided to replace our much smaller basement windows with Mainstream as well. Might as well make them all uniform, and we've already noticed a huge difference from our old windows, which were likely originals in our 1969 home: fewer drafts, they look so much sharper and easier to open and clean, not to mention it's just so much brighter inside the house, with much more translucent screens than our old ones.
When shopping around last fall, we noticed Mainstream was drastically cheaper than the two or three others we had come out. After doing a little research online, I think I may see why. While these are extremely efficient with an energy efficiency rating of 0.28 and looking at the little map of the US on the Essentials brochure they gave us, this rating appears to be best suited just to the south of us, in Missouri and southern Illinois.
But then another check online said anything below 0.30 is considered optimal, so I don't know. What I do know is that, in spite of some nerve-wrecking times waiting for our windows to get installed, we couldn't be more pleased with how they turned out! Our new bay window makes our front living room look even more homey than before, and I look forward to hopefully many, many years with our new windows

I am so pleased with the Gutter Roof system installed by Mainstream Home Improvement! It looks great, simply blends into the roof shingles, and the system was put to the test a couple days after installation by an early spring downpour -- came through with flying colors. The icing on the cake was the cleanup done after completion. Service: Gutter cleaning

We put 50% down on April 30. My husband has to keep calling because there's no communication from this company. It's now August 25 and we were told it would now be after Labor Day. I've never had such bad service. After my husband requested to talk to the person making the installation schedule no one called. I don't know what to do at this point.
