Builders and buyers beware. I was told by my builder that they purchased my trim through Preferred Builders. I've contacted them several times, explained what I'm needing and each time they tell me they will get back with me.that never happens. The most recent attempt I spoke to Randy who is apparently one of the owners. I emailed him a photo of the trim I'm needing.
I haven't received a call and it's been 2 days now. I called again today and Randy "is not in the office this afternoon". Builders, avoid this company. They won't be there for the homeowners purchasing your homes. If they need to match some trim or anything for that matter, they do not respond. Apparently they aren't interested in helping people out and offering a little customer service.
So if you're needing anything from Preferred Builders, you may want to consider getting it from someplace that will provide service down the road when you need it. I believe that because I only need a 6 foot or smaller piece of trim to replace a damaged piece, they aren't interested in helping because it's not a big sale.
