We had Raynor Door Company put a new garage door in for us. Evan and John were the two men here to put it in. They did a wonderful job of putting the door in. Very happy with the door and how it is working. We were also very happy and impressed with these two young men. They were so nice and helpful. We highly recommend Raynor Door of the Quad Cities!

The receptionist was great getting me scheduled in an emergency call, my spring broke after I pulled into my garage. She understood I wasn't able to get my vehicle out: The technician Dallas arrived on time, and had my spring replaced in a timely manner. I was so grateful they were able to respond so quickly. Technician also did a quick check of the u it to make sure it was operational. Thank you, Martha H.

I needed two new garage door openers and Raynor made it so easy. Cody was very knowledgeable and made the quote process super simple. Jim and Nick installed the openers and they were AWESOME! On time, fast, professional, and took the time to make sure I understood the whole setup. Would definitely recommend these guys.

I've always been impressed with Raynor door, though I've personally had pretty unremarkable garage doors. Don't get me wrong. Functionally speaking, they are fantastic; but I'm saying I've never gone for any of the fancy-looking doors. I moved into a spec house with a Raynor garage door and it looks great with the house, and has worked superbly for us.
I bought a business condo with a 14' tall garage door and it works wonderfully. Yet I did recently notice a gap of light at the bottom of the door. I know it's because the concrete dips just a little there, but the gap had previously been covered by the rubber gasket on the bottom of the door. I guess a decade and a half of being compressed and weather-worn finally made it so that rubber no longer exhibited its previous flexibility.
I called Raynor to inquire about a check-up for my garage door, and was informed they could definitely do that for me. I mentioned that I had a specific concern about the rubber and they took it down and said someone would be in touch. Within a day of having made that call, the weather suddenly turned very cold again, and I feared Raynor might show up unannounced to fix the garage door when I'd rather not have it open at all.
But my fears were abated when I received a call from them a few days later inquiring about setting an appointment for the next day. By this point, the Iowa weather had improved, but now I was too busy at work and I just didn't want to make the appointment that soon. I told the gentleman my conflict and he asked when it would work for me, so I put it off to the beginning of the next week. Today, Bruce, my Raynor technician, arrived right on time and got to work.
He inspected and oiled parts, including the really high stuff with the tall ladder he brought. He replaced the rubber at the bottom of the garage door, and confirmed that it was sealing the gap. He changed a button on the door remote that was oddly touchy. And he confirmed that everything was in good working order, except, as he explained to me: he could not guarantee anything about the tensioning springs.
They seem to be in good working order, but with age, at some point they just pop. I already knew this because I've had them replaced on my home garage door once, after nearly 20 years of good service. Bruce was very professional and got the work done in under an hour. I would recommend their garage doors and their service to anyone. and someday I hope to build a home, or perhaps just renovate my own, and peruse that variety of excellent looking garage doors that they offer.

6 years ago, I had Raynor install 2-residential insulated doors on our new house. I've had zero problems with them, so when I started building a new machine shed, it was a no-brainer to call Raynor of the Quad Cities again. Adam (my salesman) went through my options, and helped me pick the doors that would look the best, and be most energy efficient.
He even gave me a color swatch, so I could order the man door's paint to match. I ended up going with 13' tall, 2" thick doors so I could park tractors and a 5th wheel camper in the shed. Adam warned me that it would be about 6 months for the doors to arrive (yes, it was Covid related supply chain issues). Long story short, the doors arrived in about 5 months and Adam called me to tell me they were ready.
After coordinating my schedule, he sent Al and John to do the installation of the doors (and openers) which only took them 2-days to complete. Al and John did a great job of installing them, and left their work area clean. There's a difference between installers and "craftsmen" and I consider Al and John to both be craftsmen. Thank you Raynor!

I bought my house in November and neither garage door opener worked properly. I called Raynor Door to replace the opener and both remotes. Evan arrived, and in less than one hour, I had a new opener and two working remotes. Their prices are reasonable and Evan was very thorough in his explanation of all the features. Since the original opener was about 10 years old, I am very happy with the replacement service, cost and amount of time it took to get the job done.

I definitely reccomend Raynor and their employees. Al and Frank came to our shop to fix our overhead door and did an amazing job. They went straight to work, asked questions, and made sure we were all on the same page. They are very friendly and hard workers! 5 out 5! We will definitely call them again if needed!

Raynor did a great job! They were out to repair our door in less than 2 days after we called. The minute the tech (Dallas) saw the door, he knew exactly what was wrong and got to work. He was fast and efficient not to mention super friendly and professional. We will definitely call Raynor again when necessary!

Screw these people. Worse than a cable provider w/their time estimates. I was slated for an arrival of 12-4pm - on a Friday. At 3:15, I called and Erin - the extremely arrogant, snotty, loser, told me 'its only 3:15'. They will arrive and complete the repairs. Really? Thats what passes for customer service? Erin needs to be part of the Cancel culture, for certain. NEVER contact this outfit. They are not at all courteous - or reliable.
