I just called and asked for a quote on a mirror. They did indeed ask for my name and phone number before moving to another desk but I'd hardly call that a hard sale tactic. I told her the specs, she gave me a price, and have a nice day.it was easy. Only marking 4 out of 5 (so far) because I haven't actually purchased from them yet.

Wow. Hard sales tactics were an immediate red flag. Saleswoman on the phone wanted my name, number and address before she would speak another word to me. I should have demanded her full name and home number in the spirit of reciprocity! Excel's product may be fine, but first impressions are everything. We'll be getting our new shower doors elsewhere.

This was our second installation from Excell. Both frameless shower doors are gorgeous! The installers, Chad and Rob, put shoe covers on, a tarp in the work area and immediately went to work. Both were very personable and professional. When the job was complete, the only evidence was a beautiful, custom-made glass shower door above my bathtub! Everything was clean. Would I request Excell to install another shower door? Absolutely!
