I contacted Alliance Garage Doors at 8:00 am in the morning. I had a broken spring on my garage door. They said that someone would be out between 1:00 and 2:00 pm. The service person was there by 12:30 pm. He was very courteous and helpful. He removed the broken spring and returned to complete the repair which was finished by 2:30 pm. Great job and efficient. I really appreciated the same day service.

Terrible! They came out quoted me, then set a date to repair my garage door opener. They couldn't hold the date that was a week and a half later. I called them multiple times and they said they would look into it. I have never heard back. I guess they don't want my $1000.

Called them twice on two different days to repair my garage door. Never got a call back to schedule. Called Crosby Garage Door in Greensburg and they came out the same day and fixed my garage door.

Great personalized service. Stopped to buy a locking mechanism for my roll up garage door. The woman didn't have any new ones so I said I would order one. She looked around her inventory and found a nice used one for me. I asked her how much and she said not to worry about it! She gave it to me at NO charge! I'll never go anywhere else for new doors or parts.

Giving two stars because the workers who initially arrived were helpful. The person who scheduled Alliance to repair/replace my garage door agreed that they would check it and if they could not repair it they would replace it. As the worker was checking the opener the owner appeared and told him they will not look at the opener, it is too old. They were there to install a new one.

I promptly refused to pay for a new one without making sure the old one could not be repaired. This company does not appear interested in repairs, only in new installations. I sent them on their way and I will contact a more reputable company.

They were fast and efficient. Had everything up and running and cleaned up in only a couple of hours. Door looks great, runs quietly and smoothly on the tracks. Well done guys!
