I found Specialty Window and Door on Angi's list so I felt very comfortable hiring them. They have been wonderful! They returned my call within a few hours, and within a few days their project consultant was here and gave me an estimate for my job. He was very professional and was upfront with me about the extra time it will take to fill my order due to the pandemic.
So 6 months later, they called and scheduled my window installation. They covered my floors with dropcloths, and once the window was installed, they wiped down my kitchen, and vacuumed and wiped my floors. I'm so happy I chose them and would highly recommend them. Their prices are reasonable, their workers are professional, and their customer service is exceptional! And I love my new window!

I chose Specialty Window and Door, owner Rick Fish. Price very reasonable, Rick is a local guy, lots of people recommended and word of mouth is golden for a reputable local business, and no high pressure sales pitches. No need to get quotes for your whole house to buy more than you need if you don't want. The installers were just here and very professional.
They look great! Know that the whole industry is backlogged and the wait for the windows to arrive was about 8 weeks from ordering. The 2 windows pictured (67 x 24) double sliders with one side screens, vinyl made by Alside in the U.S, with enhanced cavity foam ordered in April cost just under 1500 total. I'm totally satisfied and pleased.
