Ordered $600 in lumber for my business, thought a lumber company would know quality lumber. They delivered the worst lumber I could have possibly gotten. I can get better lumber at Lowes or Home Depot. Was going to return it but my Dad come down sick so just have to grin and bare it. Very disappointed.

Shirley from Richland Lumber has been great to work with on helping us plan our kitchen remodeling project. With her working from home it was difficult for us, but she ordered our Medallion cupboards and quartz countertop. I was able to install the Medallion cupboards myself and ended up needing a few doors replaced due to quality control with the paint thoroughness, which the manufacturer is in the process of replacing.
We ended up having an issue with the countertop that included a different color overall than was intended based on the manufacturer's website photos not being accurate and a small sample piece of a unique color we chose. We ended up having to deal with the fabricator who had excellent customer service and told us that Richland Lumber should have their customers view the slab before cutting it in order for the customer to see what their piece will truly look like; however, this did not happen for us which is how we ended up getting stuck with an installed countertop we didn't intend on.
After several respectful emails, Richland Lumber refused to make this right. We really appreciated their service up until this point and would really like to give them more stars, but unfortunately our case demonstrated subpar customer support in regards to our countertop issue.
