Bay World Manufacturing offers a variety of projection window frame models tailored to meet the needs of our customers. Many of the window manufactures we serve offer more than one model. This enables the company, and their customers, to offer a two-tiered projection window program, a Better and Best system.
Unique in design, our cabinet style frames will accommodate any replacement window, sash insert or even direct-set insulated glass. Bay World was also the first to feature Timberstrand Laminated Structural Lumber in its' vertical mullion and angled side jamb components. The unique and superior design is still featured in all of our hardwood veneer and solid-hardwood cabinet style frame systems. The frame design provides unsurpassed strength, support and warmth, as well as added beauty to the interior of each handcrafted projection window.
Our vinyl projection window frame systems are designed to the specifications of our customers. These frames are typically used by window manufacturers that have been building their own bay and bow windows in house. The wood portion of these specialty window frames can be difficult to cut and assemble in a manufacturing plant set up and geared to produce vinyl replacement windows, especially if the wood components are being cut utilizing table saws.Bay World inventories ", 1 1/8" and 1 " Select A Grade Hardwood Veneer Plywood in both Red Oak and Birch.
Our Garden Window System is truly a classic! Considered to be the premier garden window in the industry! The wooden portion of the frames features 1 1/8 Select A-Grade Red Oak or Birch hardwood veneer plywood construction. The unit comes complete, ready to install. The flanker, center and glass roof feature heavy-duty, aluminum reinforced frames, with fusion welded construction.
