Euclid Glass is the real deal! They are professional, kind, courteous, on time and reasonably priced and responsive. I manage construction projects for some downtown properties in Cleveland. Euclid Glass has been a part of every major and minor project we do. They show up when they say they will show up. If something happens and they can't be there, they will call you and set up a new time instead of leave you hanging.
All of the install crews I've dealt with know their product and are very polite and efficient. The owner answers his phone and returns phone calls. If he doesn't have time, he always has someone follow up. I can't say enough great things about Euclid Glass. Best I've worked with!

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Absolutely terrible. Advised them we needed the product by a certain date and they called two weeks later and haven't even put the order in. When I complain about it the sales rep begins to curse me out blaming me for his mess up. He was arrogant and rude. Filing a complaint with the state of Ohio.

I needed to share a very positive experience with Euclid Glass. I called several glass companies to quote replacing a broken window and most couldn't be bothered. I spoke to Ashly who took my info and said an estimator would be out, two days later I had a written estimate in my email. I excepted the quote and they scheduled an installation a few days later.
The installer Jim did a very good job so I had him look at my jacked up front door. Well Jim just left and my door which everyone told me I would have to replace is working perfect. Thanks Jim!

We remodeled a bathroom and needed the mirror refinished, Euclid Glass took our existing mirror down; came back after our new vanity was installed to measure, and came back the very next day to install. Ordered a Xmas gift for my daughter. It was a large mirror with a beautiful wood trim. After receiving the second broken mirror we decided to have it repaired. Euclid Glass was more than willing to help. Dan was very polite and helpful. 3 days before Christmas and they had it repaired the next day. Great price, great people, great service. 5 star all day long. Highly recommended

These guys are literally fantastic, and I'm using the term "literally" in the correct context. Years ago someone suggested that I cover my wood office desks with glass not only to protect them but for aesthetic purposes. I figured it would be outrageously expensive but it turned out that it's actually shockingly inexpensive. They not only did all of our desks they did a very large ornate conference table, everything came out perfectly. Fast-forward 15 years I've use them for anything relating to glass repair or covering.
Most recently I was quoted $1572 to replace a laminated windshield on the Kubota RTV. This is the exact number I was given from three dealers. I called Euclid glass and brought them the broken frame and glass for an estimate. They gave me a quote for laminated glass of just over $300! Most people don't know that you can repair a broken pane of glass in your home or custom make a tabletop for a fraction of what you would spend to buy it at a luxury furniture store.
Case in point, this company very quickly and inexpensively made a circular piece of glass for a bistro table that we use in our yard. That same replacement piece of glass from the store was 4 1/2 times the cost. You simply can't find a better value for this type of work which is why they been in business as long as they have. I strongly suggest using Euclid glass and door (especially for commercial work) if you ever need this type of service.

Horrible customer service and communication. If you are in need of a professional service for your commercial door needs, this is not the company to contact. The field technician stated they fixed the problem, but made it much worse. We had to hire another company to perform the work correctly. We were stuck without an operable door for over one week due to their lack of knowledge.
