Came out to look at at look at replacing my front door and did the measure. Asked if I wanted frosted or rain glass and I replied. Sent a picture of the door I'm looking for along with the color of the shutters to match. I didn't hear back from Roger so I followed up 5 days later asking where he was at with the door and getting a response of " Sorry not yet man sometimes it takes a while appreciate you checking in with me." Sent another text 5 days later asking where he was at with the quote and door information and color matching and received no reply.

Four days later (10/17) I sent a text asking about the door and time frame and didn't get a response. Looks like my business doesn't matter to Country Window & Door. Roger has made it clear that my business isn't important and he has made it clear that he's another clown in the trade.

Country Window and Door was great to work with and their prompt response and quality of work was perfection! The communication and their professionalism made the experience effortless! I would definitely recommend them and would happily work with them on any future projects I may need! Thank you Country Window and Door for being there!

My son had several windows and 2 sliding glass doors replaced and has been extremely pleased. I would recommend them to anyone that needs windows.

I have used them to replace windows on two of my rental properties; they have been very reasonably priced and right on schedule. The window installation was very clean and professional, will use again.

Called for a repair estimate (that should have been a warranty) plus replacement of 3 screens. After he showed up over an hour late to the first appointment (and only showed up after I called to see if he was still coming), it took over a MONTH for them to tell me they would charge me to fix the window and they couldn't get the screens. Embarrassment of an operation. Would never recommend to anyone.
