Russ and Clay are very efficient and professional in installing my shower door and replacing a broken glass panel to my old window. They were also very considerate in helping me to move stuff blocking their way as my unit was still under renovation. They are the only one that I have good experience with professional service these days as so many people make use of pandemic as an excuse for doing lousy job. I found Arlmont by Google search, and I told my contractor that Arlmont shall be 'the one to go to for any glass work'. Thank you, Russ and Clay!

I must say Arlmont Glass exceeded all my expectations. They responded quickly to my request for quote, pricing was very reasonable, installed two new windows and repaired others and left no mess behind. Really nice people too. Highly recommend!

I had the best experience with Arlmont Glass from start to finish! I was looking to replace 2 obscure glass window panes with clear glass. I reached out to a couple of companies who never followed up. I was thinking my job was too small. Well, not for Arlmont! April was wonderful when I called and we setup an appointment for Andrew to come out to measure.

He had a welcoming personality, triple checked the measurements, and told me April would follow up with a quote-which she did. Yesterday, Russ & Clay were here for the installation. They arrived on time, were respectful of my home while working, and gave me glass cleaning tips. It was a pleasure working with the Arlmont team. Everyone is most professional, courteous, and followed through to get my job done as efficiently and quickly as possible.

Arlmont Glass was recommended to us by our contractor. We are so glad we called. Several panes were long overdue for repair. They are courteous and professional from start to finish. We had a quote in a timely manner, and the pricing was reasonable. The estimated time frame was spot-on. The technicians who installed our new glass inserts were respectful, communicative, and competent--one slider pane was particularly tricky. We highly recommend Arlmont Glass. The process from initial phone call to quote to installation to billing to follow-up was seamless. We will definitely use them again.

Tenant had accidentally broken the glass in the porch window. Very old door and tricky to fix. Arlmont technician knew what he was doing. Able to remove the very old molding holding the broken glass and install the new (and more robust) pane as well as replaced the old trim. He then sealed it with all weather silicone. You can't even tell the glass was replaced! Took about an hour.

Highly recommend Arlmont Glass as they responded promptly via email and called ahead to let me know the tech was coming out. They really know what they're doing when it comes to glass repair.

If I could give Arlmont Glass 10 stars I would. I had a patio door installed by them and I couldn't be more satisfied. My door is of great quality and air-tight. I could my nose on the door and feel no draft. That, I believe, is the expert workmanship of the installers. I would highly recommend Arlmont to anyone who is in need of their services and that includes my family and close friends. Without a doubt, I am one satisfied and grateful customer.

I had a fracture in my window. I emailed Arlmont with my many questions, and, each time, they responded professionally and courteously. I had to get an estimate to send to my landlord for approval, which was also prompt, thorough, and accurate. The installation itself was flawless. They left without making a mess, and they were able to email the invoice immediately after the service call. I hope I don't have another window repair, but if I do, I know whom to call!

I needed glass put in my cabinet doors. Arlmont glass did the work much faster than expected, at a reasonable price, and excellent quality. They really seemed to care about my project and their friendly, caring customer service was appreciated. I would absolutely use them again!

I work for a property management company and we had Arlmont replace 2 or 3 glass doors at one of the buildings we manage. April and Tim both have been responsive, knowledgeable and fairly priced in their repairs and replacements, and I have nothing bad to say about them. We have recommended them to our unit owners as well, and I am certain they will be happy with them too.

I have never had the opportunity to use Arlmont Glass, as the woman who answered the phone was so curt as if she was inconvenienced by my call. Perhaps their work is quality, but their service is not.

As a long time property manager, I've had several instances where I need onsite repair of windows and glass doors. I've never been let down by Arlmont Glass. I don't have enough comparisons to say that they are cheap, but their prices seem to be reasonable for the work they do. They will go freely evaluate the work that needs to be done and communicate to customers the extent and cost of that proposed work. Billing has always been easy as well. I usually conduct business with them via email or over the phone, but I did step into their office a few years back and found the staff to be friendly and helpful.

Needed my rear view mirror glued back onto my windshield. Toyota dealership couldn't help me -- it requires special glue (PSA ladies, just go to the glass experts and skip the super glue fix offered by the loving man in your life). I called 45 minutes to closing, they told me to come over right away and they took care of the problem lickety-split and they offer this service as a courtesy! Great great service.

Nicest guys. Got there at closing time. Not only cut my glass, but the guys took it out of the truck and put it back in. Highly recommend this company!
