I love this company! Stephanie was wonderful when she came out to do my quote. She explained everything very well and showed me the different types of blinds and how they work and the differences between them. After deciding what was best for our new build house, we scheduled! The blind man was very flexible because the closing on our new house was delayed several times and we kept having to reschedule but they were amazing and always were able to fit us in where needed! The install was quick and the blinds look amazing! I could not recommend this company more and will definitely be telling all of my family and friends about them! Thank you!

Very disappointing as a repeat customer from years ago. I spent about 1.5 hours with a pleasant young man & his computer needed an update so was unable to provide the quote at the time & promised it within 2 days. It was a large easy order. It's been nearly 2 weeks & 2 phone calls. Still no quote. Time is money & mine was wasted. The company has contacted me & provided a quote.

Ordered in August - they sold me a product that they couldn't deliver (flat valance) so they just ordered the standard. Also requested 2" slats. Found out when arrived that they were wrong (21/2" slats and decorative valance) Had to reorder correct size then refund some of the blinds. To get a valance similar to what they offered was now an additional $20/valance (which I'm sure was just a cost to offset the refund of blinds).
When arrived the second time blinds were missing. Third install still had a defective blind. Today, 6 months later still trying to get this final blind. They did work with me but by no means bent over backwards. Hindsight I should have taken a full refund at the first wrong order they delivered. I had to check with the constantly to get refunds/re-orders. it's been a process.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! Their measurements were wrong, their installation was wrong and they refused to come out and see if they could fix the problem. They said it was my windows. I have since installed new shades from another dealer and they are perfect. So much for my windows being the problem! Bad performance, no service and terrible attitude from their service people. I have never experienced anything like this! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.
