I was referred to this company by our church HVAC guy. I made contact and a salesman set an appointment fairly quickly. Then I had to repeatedly call /text asking for the quote. After receiving a promise for the quote it arrived after a few more days. I inquired as to how to get on the books to get the job started and was given an office admins. #.
Upon closer review, I realized the type and pricing of the new doors were not specifically itemized. When I asked the admin., she did not have an answer and said she would contact the salesman and for me to do the same, which I did. Neither one of them have returned the call. That was another month and both had been informed that the need for the door replacements were ASAP. I realize it takes time, but it has been more than 6 months now. Needless to say, I would not be able to award them with a contract for this job.
