Polyguard Window Well Covers

We have purchased window well covers for two different home from them. We are very pleased with them. They have served us well for over 14 years in our current home and provide a safe and effective covering. We highly recommend them!

I have used Polyguard Covers for several years. Recently I asked the company to do two irregular shaped big window covers. The technician came one week later and measured the shape and size and told me that the company may not be able to do it because of the big size of the cover. two weeks later the owner Scott and another guy came and setup working table in my front yard.

They cut and framed the cover specifically for my two wells. The covers look beautifully and very strong after the completion. The price was very reasonable. I cannot thank them enough. I strongly recommend this company to anyone who needs to get window cover.

Great Product and Service! This company has great communication and does what it says it will do when they say they will do it. Will recommend! Had their covers installed on a couple of my homes. I had the Polyguard on most of the window wells and ordered the Metalguard for the patio window wells. I like that I had a choice and could order different covers for different wells.

I placed an order online with measurements for 3 well covers. Our window wells were professionally measured by Polyguard 3 days later and the covers installed 2 weeks following the measurements. I have well covers 2.5 weeks from placing my order. The whole process was simple and fast. They have text reminders, prompt service and the install was efficient. For some time we have been looking without much success for window well covers. Then we came across an ad for polyguard. And you're always a little nervous because you don't know if it's the real deal or a scam. So I called them. Every contact I've had with them has been very professional and responsive. They made every step of the process very easy.

They installed ours today and we couldn't be happier. We didn't even need to be here. They left an invoice for us to complete at our leisure. We all deal with companies that are mediocre or poor on customer service, product quality or product delivery. So when I come across one that is exceptional, I make it a point to let others know. These guys have got it figured out.

I had window well covers installed last Wednesday and I cannot say enough how great and helpful everyone at Polyguard Covers was. I am elderly and unable to do many things these days. We have had 2 polyguard covers installed at our house on 2 separate occasions and both times I have been extremely satisfied with the cost, timing, quality and ease of the entire process from order to installation. Highly recommend!

Our family had a horrible experience with Polyguard Window Well Covers. The clear polyguard covers were installed at our house but we had ordered metal window well covers. I told the installer that what he had installed on all four windows was incorrect and he shrugged his shoulders at me and left. I called the home office to address the error and received an email acknowledging the error and stating that in order to fix the problem and install the correct covers that were ordered, we would need to pay the difference of $124.

I talked to a manager on the phone and she reinforced that we would need to pay the cost difference in order to receive the correct well covers that had been ordered by us in the first place. The mistake was made by a "new" office associate which we understand that mistakes happen but good customer service recovery would be to install the correct product for the price that you charged us up front.

A few hours later, the owner just shows up on our front doorstep without calling or any notice. He refused to concede on correcting the error without charging us the price difference. We asked him to take the covers and refund our money. Customer service and service recovery go a long way, especially on a local level, and we are happy to take our business elsewhere.

I honestly could not be more satisfied with the work Polyguard did for us recently for our home in Windsor. I did a lot research and Polyguard was the most affordable choice for the window well covers we needed installed, but the efficient and effective service we received was above what I expected. I spoke with a friendly person on the phone the first time, then after asking if texting was ok (which I said it was), I started to receive notification texts when they were going to come out and measure, a link to pay (which we did easily on my phone) and then to let me know that the covers were fabricated and they'd be by on a certain day between a certain window to install.

The quality of the materials used, the installation, and the level and ease of interaction with them just blew me away and compels me to write this sincere review. They are based out of Windsor too, so I also was able to support a local business. Hire Polyguard, you will NOT be sorry.
