They installed my glass shower door on my walk-in shower. Did a horrible caulking job. They piled caulking on top of caulking which caused mold to accumulate between the caulking. I tried to contact them numerous times but they avoided my phone calls and text messages. I attached photos.

Terrible customer service. Been trying to get them to call me for 3 1/2 weeks. They never return calls. They sure don't know how to caulk properly. Warranty sucks with them.

Zero customer service. They gave me estimate but never got back with me in spite of my calls with no apparent reason. I never had a business not to follow up on their end of bargain.
