I have either hired someone to do this install for me or I'm doing it myself. I have the skills, information and knowledge necessary to pick out and install my products. I know my measurements and I know what I need. Thanks, but I don't need your help. I just want to pay and pick-up. I've done my homework. I've looked at the products and I'm better than the average Joe at DIY.

An accurate measurement is critical for an accurate and beautiful design. It is best practice that whoever is installing your kitchen also measures for the design and approves that the design and cabinets will work.
Meade's has a consistent in-stock inventory of surplus windows. Often manufacturers will have windows that they can not use from miss-measures. We buy up this inventory for pennies on the dollar and then offer it our customers at severely discounted prices. I'm doing a remodel job my home. I need to change our 11 doors. Stop in today (my very 1st visit) to look at doors. Both employees spoke to me but that was as far as it went. They were both working on something at the time but neither bothered to ask if they could assist me nor tell me they'd be right with me. I'm not going back

We purchased a 4 panel mid century modern front door while remodeling our home. The website and product details were not detailed and based on the photo we assumed the door had clear glass. When it came with frosted glass, Meade would not allow us to return the front door or offer a discount on a new front door.

Please don't use this place. I ordered doors from them and they said it would be in within 10 days. I called after 14 days to simply check on the status of the doors and the lady who owns the place had a very bad attitude. I told her I believed the doors were in stock at the supplier because I called to check. I only said this as a means to try and help the process along.
She became very upset that I called the supplier. I thought about it as she talked and realized I got confused because I ordered from her before. I then told her that I got confused and that I didn't call the supplier for this order but the previous order which she gave me permission to call them. She then said I will give you your money back and she would not be filling my order.
I asked her why was she so upset when I just wanted to check on the status of the doors. She had no good reason for getting upset and not providing service to me. When I asked why was she so mad, she had no answer.just a very bad attitude. She said I seemed upset because I was calling. I explained to her that the call was just to simply check on the status because it had been over the delivery time.
She had the "I don't need your money attitude".just because I called to check the status. Her attitude was awful and I asked her multiple times why did she have such a bad attitude and she would not answer me. Don't use them. Update: As an update to the owners response below, this is absolutely false. There was no talk of following procedure.just a hostile attitude for no reason.

It took me six months to get a custom order door that should have only taken 8 weeks. I got excuses after excuses and a lack of business professionalism from the business owner who did not give me the services that I desired or deserved. Upon finally receiving the product, I was disappointed with the quality of the material. It wasn't worth the cost I paid or the time I waited. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Meade's has a great selection and they're very knowledgeable about which doors work best for your situation. You don't have to wander around looking for someone to help. You absolutely cannot beat their prices either! The guys were super helpful loading my doors onto the truck. They noticed a little crack that I didn't see and took it to the back and replaced it! That's what I call GREAT service!

Great customer service both in store and at home during installation. We found a door we wanted, but wasn't the right size. The rep said he was willing to swap out a lattice design for the blinds that we were wanting, which would've resulted in the door we wanted in the correct size. After paying and making an appointment, we worked with Jerry a week later to install the door.
He was timely and even finished earlier than we'd anticipated (about 2 and a half hours instead of 3). The finished product is great and there wasn't a speck of dirt to be found. Clean, professional and great options!
