For 75 years our family owned and operated business has installed windows, doors and porch enclosures for our customers and we refuse to have any dissatisfied customers. When you hire Cusson's, you hire a workforce made up of the Cusson family and staff. Owner Walter Cusson manages every job site and the job is not finished until you are completely satisfied. Since 1946 this policy has made our business unique but it also makes us successful. Our clients love Cusson's, and we know you will too.
Walter Cusson literally grew up in the Window and Door business. Cusson Sash Company was started in 1946 by his father and uncle, and his mother and aunt ran the office. Walter was still in grammar school when he first began working in the shop, at 16 he started making windows and screens, and by the time he was 20, he was Cusson Sash Company's lead estimator.
We'll bring sample products, color options and hardware choices. But the most important thing we bring is our decades of experience improving customers' understanding of the importance of their windows and doors, and their value in enhancing the beauty and efficiency of your home. After your in-home appointment we'll furnish you a complete written estimate of your proposed purchase for your review. Some estimates can be made on the spot and given to you that day; for others we may need to review your needs with our suppliers.

My husband and I have been waiting for them to replace a window since September 1st. We went to their office and they said they will call us, few days passed by and did not receive a call. We called them back a worker came to our house took information and said that and estimate will be emailed to use in few days. When we received the email, we responded if this estimate was accurate or if there is any other fees, they didn't respond.
We called them back few days after and for some reason they needed to go to our house to take window measurements AGAIN. They said they will email us the estimate AGAIN. They did emailed us and we responded that we are ok with the price, NO ANSWER back! We called them back and said they will call us Today (which I doubt) Today is 09/25/2020 it's been 25 days. Horrible experience.
