David just installed our vertical blinds this afternoon and my wife and I couldn't be any happier! The blinds are superb in texture and color and transformed our home into something beautiful. Leslie was knowledgeable and made the consultation a joy. David is a consummate professional: concerned about details and perfection - I enjoy watching a skilled craftsman work. They made my home's drapes & when they need serviced, Accent is very fast (adjusting the pull strings) generally will you wait.

We recently had two of our bamboo blinds repaired by Accent Verticles. Don was our problem solver and did an excellent job. He was on time, polite, professional and got the job done quickly. He was very respectful of our space. I wouldn't hesitate to call him, again.

Amazing service! I had my blinds installed over 10 years ago. Two of the blinds needed minor repairs and the same tech came out who did the install 10 years ago. Must be a decent company to work for as well.

Bought window coverings from Accent Verticals. Very positive experience from sales to installation. Sales rep very knowledgeable and personable. Found the right coverings to highlight our new windows at a reasonable price. Installer was early and efficient. Our windows look beautiful! and they satisfy both my and my husband 's different needs around light and privacy. I highly recommend them.

Moved into a new place recently and needed new blinds. Heard about Accent Verticals and gave them a try. They did a great job at a very reasonable price. Very happy with their service.

We have been using accent verticals for many years after a friend recommended them to us and they are the best. They will come and fix problems with the blinds free of charge when anything goes wrong. Our kid ran over one of the chord that was on the floor with a vacuum. They came out fixed the cord added some chord holds on the wall so they no longer lay on the floor and adjusted some other blinds we bought from them and it was all free of charge. I can't think of another company that would do that.

Shouldn't even deserve a 1 star! Got a quote over the phone to fix my son's blind in his room. Quoted me $35, with small fee if needed more than restringing. when I took it in, they said no it was $45 and to do the extra part was another $42 dollars. wouldn't humor the price quote over the phone. Said they would drop the additional part to $15 where they had it there to restring. yea no thank you!

First was going to charge me $87 for a wood blind that I can buy again for $60. I walked out. will never go back there again! Don't like taking the time to take down a blind, and then to be quoted wrong over the phone. waste of my time!

I spoke to a number of companies for the 12 large window shades I needed in my House, and while all where knowledgeable and could have done the project, I went with Accent Verticals due to good pricing and there approach. I had one difficult window, which everyone acknowledged, but the Accent group got it resolved. Accent took the time to come out for a 2nd visit, with their installer, to make sure it would get done right. Also the shades were delivered on time as promised. Thanks so much!

Accent Verticals installed blinds on 4 rooms of our new house. The installation was done promptly and professionally. That was four years ago. This week one of the strings broke. They came out quickly and repaired it, charging just for the service call. The service man made sure that we were using the proper technique in opening and closing the blinds so that the string would not break again Very satisfied with their quality and service.

I think it is always good to let others know when you have found a company with superior service. Accent Verticals has done an amazing job for my wife and I. They drove from their location in Boring all the way to Newberg Oregon to spend a couple hours with us designing our new blinds and shades. And then their price was 30% - 40% less! My inlaws recommended Accent Verticals as they have amazing blinds and shades also. My inlaws have had one repair in almost six years. Reviews are always subjective, so be careful what else you read. Accent Verticals is awesome! I reccoment them.

I contacted these guys to have them remove me from their junk mail list. I was told that they do it though another company, and they can't take me off of that company's list. When I told them that they are the ones sending me mail, and it's their responsibility to manage what mail gets send to who, the lady acted like I was being super rude and ended the phone call. Apparently sending me junk mail isn't rude, but me asking to not receive it is rude. I would avoid thaw guys just for the sleezy business practices.

Oh my, why didn't I check these reviews first. Will I never learn? In spite of the technician knowing my repair was under warranty and they weren't an authorized repair service he went ahead with the repair and charged me. He knew the age of the blind and that the repair was a covered service yet didn't tell me. I learned the next day when calling Hunter Douglas for some replacement rail plugs. When calling Accent Verticals they were rude and said I would be breaking the law if I cancelled their check.

I sure wish I would have seen these reviews before I shelled out another $80 to fix the shade that I had them come out to repair 5 times. I finally decided to get it replaced since it is supposed to be guaranteed. I was told that the black out shade is no longer available and that I could have the shade retro-fitted to a string open and close. I decided to do that instead of charge the company all that money for a new shade that I didn't want.

I was hoping that with all the trouble I have had with the shade, that they would waive the $80. Oh no. Very dissatisfied and very sad that they have turned out to lack integrity.

Slow, not customer-oriented, and expensive! I( ordered two woven wood blinds from these folks, took 5 weeks for delivery. One blind was fine but they hadn't measured correctly for the second one and it was way too long. And about 4-6 hours after it had been installed, hubby & I started getting severe hay fever symptoms (which I never get!). Finally realized it was the new, too-long blind which STUNK to high heaven.

I called Accent Verticals and told them the problem, and to please bring back the blind they removed and do something about the new one. The installer came the next day and confirmed it had not been measured correctly. Owner said they would reorder it, and I asked if they could please hang the next one up to air out before installation. After about 5 more weeks with no word from them, I called and was told it had been hanging "in the back" and they'd "forgotten about it".

I told them to forget it at that point and refund the money for that blind. I then called Oregon Designing Women, who came out, measured (and confirmed Accent Verticals' numbers were off), and I ordered the same blind. Imagine my surprise when it was nearly $100 less expensive AND arrived in two weeks!

Couldn't agree more with the review posted. Avoid this company like the plague. Once blinds are installed they break repeatedly which requires service calls. You are charged $40 every time they come out. On average they come four to five times a year. Who has ever heard of a maintenance cost for their blinds? Not me, and we have owned plenty of houses. You are better off at Home Depot or Loews.

These folks present a good initial impression, but it all goes down hill from there. After they took our check, they then said it would be 30-45 days to deliver. Yeah, I should have asked before I gave them the check, so my bad. Well, 30 days rolled around, we called and asked for a status, it would be two more weeks. I asked to cancel the order, "You can't do that, we've already made your blinds." - WTF, then deliver them. "We can get them to you in 5 days" If they are done, why wait 5 days, deliver them now. "We can't, they're not done." I wish they would get the story straight.

Come to find out, they have been done for over 10 days, they couldn't install them any sooner. IS THAT ALL - I can install them myself. Finally, they will be delivered tonight. Oh Bother! Avoid these folks like the plague unless you have nothing better to do with your cash. Finally, these folks are expensive. Nearly double what Lowes would have charged for the same blinds, but we had heard the ads on KEX about being local and lifetime warranty - still not worth it. Live and learn. Follow up: When the blinds were delivered, we found out they were manufactured in AZ. So much for local.
