I ordered the pvc glue, the budding compound, cleaner and files. The glue was missing and I immediately contacted them, they overnighted it and I had it the next day. Great company, great products that actually work. I saved a customer thousands of dollars by being able to repair a split seam on the jamb and looked like a hero. The stuff really works!
