Rod was very clear and professional explaining different options we got. He was very happy to answer any questions we had. The price is reasonable.

Wonderful! I had a great customer experience dealing with Diana. She was thorough, knowledgeable, and very descriptive in the estimates. She would always be open and willing to make any change I wanted and send back the updated estimate. The estimate had all the explanations to the T for every window. Overall, I am very happy with the Milgard windows that Diana and her team at Windows Only installed at my home.

We replaced all of our windows and 3 sliding glass doors, and our front door. We were very satisfied with Windows Only. They did an amazing job. The price was excellent and the service was outstanding. We would highly recommend them.

This is the second project I have had Windows Only complete at my house. The first project I had received multiple bids to replace several windows. Windows Only beat out their competition on price and I'm sure they also beat them on the quality of installation. The second project was a sliding glass door and window, I didn't even entertain a second bid, I went straight to Windows Only.

I have to say that Rod is fabulous to work with, and really listens and remembers his clients requests. Gordon who installed my sliding door and window is a true craftsman. Gordon had to deal with several challenges on this project, and handled them with a skill that most people envy. The job site was so clean I couldn't tell Gordon had even been there. I can't give enough praise, thank you Windows Only!

11 windows and a new sliding patio door complete in just two days! Gordon was courteous and clean. He even spotted a couple of slightly bent screens and recorded them on the spot! Everything looks great!

Great responsiveness to both get a quote and after we had contacted the work with them. Rod was a pro who walked us through the options and offered options clearly with the pros and cons laid out. Gordon was our installer and he went above and beyond during the actual installation. Our siding was shrinking away from the windows and was going to cause a really wide caulking bead to fill. Gordon offered to trim the siding back to the widest gap and replace the trim with a wider option to fill. The new windows look great, and the whole thing was done for a very competitive rate.

We just had a handful of windows and sliding door updated. Windows only was a stress free company to work with. Rod came out to walk us through the process. Gordon installed the windows and we had no issues. Clearly a well oiled machine. Would recommend.

Windows Only replaced most of the window's in my house. They were the best price out of the 4-5 companies I talked to. Diana and the installers were always easy to get a hold of and they answered my many, many questions. The new windows look great!

We had failed seals on windows and a patio door. I am an avid DIYer, but didn't want to take this on. After reading the reviews on some big retailers, I wanted to find someone that specialized in windows and had dedicated installers. After multiple bids from other companies I went with windows only. Communication was always very prompt. After they were installed, I tried to find problems with the install but it is amazing. Very clean and clearly done with care. Highly recommended.

This company is wonderful! I have used them on 3 houses and many windows. I will not go anywhere else. They are quick efficient and less expensive than other places. Oh and their products are beautiful! And they file the paperwork for energy rebate for you! Great job!

Ryan went above and beyond. Time constraints in a real estate deal can be difficult to meet but when there was a schedule conflict Ryan made sure and kept his original commitment. We were able to close on time. I can't tell you how much we appreciated his great attitude and professionalism. The window looks great too! I can highly recommend Ryan and Windows Only.

We are happy to give Windows Only our highest recommendation. Rod was our first contact with the company. We liked the product very much, but Rod was an important reason we chose Windows Only. He's highly personable, does not "hard sell, " and does educate. He's always open to questions and concerns. We have no doubt that Rod would be on top of any issues we had even now that the job is done. Gordon, our installer, is highly skilled.

His years of experience show. He discovered an issue with our huge picture windows -let us know, and provided the support the 60-year-old original installation did not have. There was no extra charge. Frankly, if he hadn't noticed and corrected the problem, we would never have known. From beginning to end, everyone from Windows Only did exactly what they said they would do, exactly when they said they would do it, and they did a wonderful job.

Disappointment is all I can say! The only reason I gave it 1 star was for Ryan being a decent human being and coming through when the owner of the company would not. I'll spare you of all the details but know that this company is not one I will be doing business with EVER again. I originally was not going to post a review as my initial issues were dealt with, but since I'm still dealing with the poor install and can't get them to come back out to fix the door locking mechanism (mind you it's been over 5 weeks and often I can't get the door locked, leaving me vulnerable to intrusion) I figured it certainly wouldn't hurt letting others know how frustrating this company has been to work with.

I spent a great deal of time trying to find the right company to help me with my project but unfortunately this one was not it. Please save yourself the headache and heartache and do not choose this company.

I couldn't be happier with my new windows! Gordon and Eric did a great job with the removal and installation and did so in a clean way, keeping in mind my concern for keeping dust to a minimum because we live in an older house. They cleaned up with a shop vac afterwards and even cleaned the windows before leaving.

I spent hours checking and comparing windows companies and finally settled on Windows Only. And I am so glad I did! Their price was considerably better than the competition's prices (which is nice) but what really makes them special is the quality of their windows and the excellent installation by people who really care about doing a good job. The next time I replace windows I know who I'm going to call. These people are really good!

Disappointed, was told I'd have to paint. No, have to drywall, spackle, paint, installer showed up without the window to be installed? Said he'd use exterior siding and fix another piece, nope. Didn't even clean up my garage. Not worth the $1k + it cost to extend the window. Never again.

My wife and I have used Windows only three times and referred them on many others. Best prices, excellent quality and clean installations. I will never go any other place to get my windows or doors replaced. You'll be glad you called them.

I've been using Windows Only for the last 5 years. Prices are great, and their installer is top notch. His cuts are so perfect that the gap on the interior is almost too small to caulk. On the most recent job, one window was installed in a location that required cutting existing tile around the window opening inside the house. Installer had no problem cutting the tile, and it came out great.

Windows Only goes above and beyond to ensure quality, delivery and installation! Their super friendly staff make it so easy and affordable. We have used them three times in different stages of remodeling over the past three years and we are picky! If you want a high degree of communication and superior service, don't go anywhere else!

I had my windows replaced by windows only in october. rod was very informative of the process of installation and window choices. i was concerned because my house is older and wanted to maintain that character. everything couldn't have gone more smoothly. the installer came to measure when he said he would, the windows came when they said they would, and the installer returned and replaced all 9 windows in one day. also, the house was spotless. i would never have known the installation had taken place other than sparkling new windows. highly recommend.

We just had all our windows replaced in our house (16 total)! Windows Only did a great job. They were fantastic to work with both in picking our windows and having them installed! Our house is much quieter now and looking forward to warmer inside temperatures during the winter season. Pricing was very reasonable!
