Services
In 2005, our founder began crafting durable, custom garage doors in Salem, Oregon. He moved his business to the drier side of the Cascades in 2005 and we have been serving the greater Central Oregon area ever since. Our business has always been family-owned and operated and we welcome each employee and customer into our family values and care.
Central Oregon is our home and this community is our family. Each of the organizations we support give back to the community - from local sports clubs to holiday help. Our sponsorships run year 'round and we are always looking for new organizations to support. Central Oregon Garage Door has been a proud sponsor for Bend Park & Recreation sports teams.
Garage doors are large and have many moving parts that require maintenance. We recommend that doors be serviced annually. During a typical garage door service we do a 25 point inspection, lubricate bearings, rollers and springs, and adjust the spring tension. This could be a broken spring. If the spring is broken the opener will not be able to lift the weight and it can cause further damage.

Newly installed garage door quit working after 2 years. I got it working it again. Just figured I'd keep the appointment just in case it quit working again. The garage door tech showed up. Opened the garage. Closed it, worked fine. They still decided to charge me 100 bucks for 1 min of service. I can understand a small fee just have them have them come out but 100 dollars for one minute of service is pretty outrageous.

Thanks! Your service person was outstanding! Five Star! When he arrived he was on the job. I stepped inside to start a cup of tea and by the time that I headed back to check on the progress, he was done with the repair and servicing the mechanics of the door. He explained what he was doing without stopping while pointing out future considerations. I am retired and on a fixed income and he even applied my senior discount! Stellar performance!

I received excellent service yesterday when Mr. Salvador L. fixed my garage door. He knew exactly what was wrong, fixed it and continued to do a thorough maintenance check up on the door, hinges, brackets, the manuel pull etc. I was not expecting that level of service since this was a warranty service call. Mr. Salvador L. really did an outstanding job. I've already told someone of the excellent service. The call and response time was amazing too! Thank you so much!

Central Oregon Garage Door was an absolute pleasure to work with. They were very professional and squeezed me in as soon as they could, which was within a week. The technician was Salvador Landa. He went above and beyond the repair he was contracted to do. He looked over the entire garage door frame and tightened bolts, frames, brackets, which he didn't have to do.

From the first phone call with Josh to ask for an estimate til the installation was completed by Jerry and Vinny it was a great experience. Josh came out to my house and showed me some different possibilities and shortly thereafter sent me prices. Jerry and Vinny did a great job installing the 4 doors. I am very happy with the new garage doors.

John did a FANTASTIC job! He was communicative about his arrival and very helpful and honest about the best route for our situation. Both of our springs were broken and he had the whole system replaced in a timely manner. I can now use our garage door again with confidence and don't have to worry about my children being in danger of the door falling on them.
